“The product is great, but no instructions on putting it together. Had to figure it out by looking at the photos online. Looked for instructions on line but could not find any. For this price should have detailed instructions.”

“I originally rated this item with a 1 star because one of the three legs has a defective tightening screw that sets the height of the leg. The easel looks well made and well put together. The aluminum frame is heavy and well constructed, but items made in aluminum, especially screwed devices, can be easily be striped due to the soft nature of the metal. A rep contacted me and we spoke on Monday. They replaced the item and it was shipped immediately. I received the new one two days later. It works great! Thank you for the quick response!”

“First time ordering from Displays2Go and placed two separate orders within about a two-week time period. Products were exactly what I wanted - appreciated the description of each item - and were cost effective for us. Also, both orders arrived almost immediately - even when the rest of the world was "bogged down" in Christmas deliveries. I will definitely order from Displays2Go again.”

“Great products. The wall magazine rack would be better if the area underneath to hold the magazine on would be a little more mesh/coverage there, so it's not so hard to put the magazines back in place.”

“The package arrived on time, but the box had been damaged and had large amounts of tape holding it together. Upon opening the box and doing inventory for assembly, it was discovered that the FIRST component (casters) to install was MISSING. Checked the remainder of component list and all were there. Decided to go ahead an assemble the easel, and contact Displays2go about the missing casters. Spoke with a nice person (Alexis), she shipped them to me with at no charge. Great customer service!!!”

“The case is perfect and water tight )tons of rain this week). The only issue was the measurements. 11x17 means the interior dimension. We had a tight space and the exterior measurements are at least an extra inch on all sides - plus there needs to be space on one long side for the door to open/hinge. We found a way to make it work but with only a smidge of a millimeter to spare. Easy to open and add documents. Working well in the first week!”

“Paid extra for delivery before Christmas, didn't arrive until after the new year. The cloth itself looks fine, it's a different color than we saw in our preview, but the product itself is acceptable. But with it being a different color and not even shipping until the new year, 2 stars seems appropriate.”

“I want to say this frame was better than I had anticipated. I needed a large frame for a 2000 piece puzzle for my grandson. After a lot of searching I found displays 2 go. The frame is very well made and I love how convenient it is to access from the front. Very sturdy and looks great! I will keep them in mind for future purchases for our business.”

“Great for simple stuff - lots of choices and good prices. However, when you get into custom work or have tight shipping constraints they are not the best at handling the files or making sure you get your custom pieces shipped in time. I had one piece not make it in time, and then another I kept asking about shipping until the art was approved, then they sent a ship time that was after my event and then I had to call and chase someone down to update before they sent it out for ground.”
