“ordered display case, poor packing and received already broken.I called customer service and they requested picture of the broken case which i send them immediately but after that no responce. I do not recommend this site.”

“I am very happy with my displays. They look great for in my centerpieces for a work function. I received them and one was damaged. Customer service was so nice and helpful. They sent me a replacement in time for the event I was having.”

“The product we ordered matched with what we received. Unfortunately, there was an item that was broken during transport. However, customer service responded quickly and a replacement shipment is underway. I gave the product three stars due to the fact that the support arm pieces were plastic and not metal. Keep in mind, the item that was broken during transport was one of the plastic arm pieces. Arm pieces are important especially as people will lean on the counter or place several devices on the counter which might cause the plastic arm pieces to break. Also, the board frame screw holes did not match the frame holes. I was only able to screw in one side of the board to the frame and I had to apply double-sided tape on the other side to keep the frame in place.”

“I ordered a large flag display case. The display arrived quickly and well packaged. My heart dropped when I unboxed the display. It was painted black as advertised but seemed to have several large gobs of a sticky substance which I imagined to be a clear stain or protectant. It was so bad that I could not bring myself to place an American Flag in such a poor looking display case. I did reach out and was offered a replacement but I had already taken the display to a local woodworker to redo. The company did refund me i full and that convinced me that they are reputable and ensure customer satisfaction.”

“These cardboard product displays are very high quality. Not nearly as difficult to assemble as others make it out to be. Totally worth the money. Purchased the gloss white version to test out the size & quality and will definitely be purchasing custom printed ones in the near future.”
