“I ordered 15 tables and 6 were damaged. I didn't receive any responses from Customer Service only because I use our FedEx account. The 4-foot tables that I bought were fine, different materials but the 3, 6 and 8 foot were very damaged, the material is not very good.”

“We have had excellent experience with Displays2go in the past, which is why we ordered our needed heavy duty acrylic sign holders from them again. Unfortunately, this time all three frames arrived cracked, with no visible damage to the outer shipping box. Not sure what happened from a quality control perspective, but one call to customer service later, new frames were on their way at no cost to us. Mistakes happen, and how they handled it speaks volumes. We'll continue to order from them in the future.”

“I ordered 6ft and 8ft table covers. I have been using the same table covers for for over 30 years. I decided to change the color and fresh looking cloths. I ordered green table covers. I am so excited. Starting my shows for the new year, I will have new fresh looking cloths. Displays 2 go. Did a great job !! Fast shipping received them in record time. Thanks Displays 2 Go.”

“I received the shipment in good time, however there was a hole in one of the boxes and the assembly instructions were missing. This was quickly resolved with a call to customer service. My other issue was more disappointing. I received a round part with bearings that was very corroded, enough that there was rusty residue in the plastic bag it came in. This shouldn't have passed any sort of inspection as acceptable to ship. My previously mentioned call to customer service included ordering a replacement part which will apparently take roughly a week to receive, which to me is too long. I have a display sitting in pieces in our lobby, waiting for this part so I can assemble and load our brochures.”

“The order shipped and arrived in just a few days. I only needed one but there was a 2 item minimum. The quality of the item is good. Over all I am pleased with the order and the company. We have not yet used it for our up coming trade shows which is the purpose it was purchased for but I don't see any reason why it will not work perfect for our need. I would recommend Displays2go to others”

“Ordering was easy, shipping was fast (received before expected date). The cross arm on the easel was a little hard to determine how to mount without instructions, but once done was easy for the others. An instruction sheet for the cross arm would be beneficial.”

“I placed an online order for ten 8x10 glass picture frames for around $30 plus $17 shipping. I was in The Dollar Tree two days later and found the exact same item for $1 each. I called and was able to cancel the order before it was shipped. I received excellent service on the transaction.”

“The bookshelf I ordered wasn't complete. One board didn't have the holes pre-drilled and one wasn't the correct board. I called and the rep, Anji, looked into the matter and found out the item had been discontinued. They agreed to a refund amount and promptly credited my credit card.”

“Packaging for shipment was great. But, (1) the product was not the same size as the item I wanted to slide into it. Since it was ordered through TWS, I would have thought it would have fit the item I received from them. (2) OK, so how do you place your item into the plaque? Instructions about the paper you put inside the plaque and how best to get your display inside the plaque would have been appreciated. I could easily damage the plaque while trying to insert my picture inside it. ???? NOTE: I resubmitted a new review about 2 hours later after making discovery on the above questions. New rating is 5 stars.”
