“Horrible! I ordered the display on Jan 12th and still no update on your end, the order online says it's still processing and I have no ETA for this yet. And you are asking me for a delivery review when it hasn't been shipped yet!!!!”

“This may have been my fault, but I thought the iPhone charger cords I got were going to be a few feet in length but they are only a few inches. They work but they are REALLY short”

“I really want to purchase a display case soon but your policy of dropping off only outside of a building is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. I wish to purchase a display case for an apartment (3rd floor). I asked for a delivery up a ramp to a lobby (2nd floor) and thought I could get it up one flight with some help from neighbors. To have to retrieve it from outside the building with no moving equipment in the winter would be dangerous to the Item in question and my own health. We receive deliveries all the time from DHL FedEx UPS Jordan's and numerous other furniture companies who deliver to the lobby if not right to the residences. I don't see why it is such a disincentive to purchasing. It is too bad because I was really excited to make the purchase and still would if your policy would change.”

“I ordered the floor spinner SMAWRDFS. I love the look of this display and it shows what we wanted to display really nicely! We have had a few problems. Instructions say to carefully assemble corner pole supports. I attached four poles and the screw holding each promptly pulled out of top with just the weight of poles. Once assembled the screws on lazy susan spinner began digging into wood. We took it apart again worked at adjusting screws and lubricating, but, it still is difficult to turn. Despite all this I am trying to make spinner work because I like its display of product visually. I would recommend for light weight product. But, not sure how to assemble without screws pulling out when you turn over to put on stand.”

“While the ordering process and delivery were great, the product itself is another story. The stand has a plastic clip which allows the "neck" to be adjusted. This clip broke on the third use.”
