“The order process and delivery were very good. However the product itself is disappointing. The top & bottom channels that were to hold the plastic would come off when I attempted to hang it and the plastic guard itself is not easy to see through. People appear as if they are "under water."”

“Customer service is excellent. I received my 2 display boxes quickly. Unfortunately, both arrived with broken hinges (acrylic snapped/shattered). They sent me 2 more displays and told me to keep the originals. One of the new ones also had a broken hinge, but I will just glue it and hope for the best.”

“It's exactly what I was looking for. A sleek/modern design. I hesitated to buy it because of the price even though it was on sale. I thought of buying the typical thin wooded trim-pod styles but I am so glad that I didn't. If I had to buy another, I would not hesitate to pay full price.”

“Very straightforward, and professional. Purchased online, and shipped out the very next morning. Will definitely order from again. Had 1 plastic can that was damaged (most likely courier related), and a simple call to the office and they shipped out another one that day.”

“Super easy ordering process and a great product. Installation was not difficult and the sign holder provides all the light I was hoping for. I wrapped the sign with some window tint for a softer look to fit the space and it gets nothing but compliments. Great product, service and people. Thanks!”

“Service went very well and we received the InfoPaks right away. There is still the same issue with the damaged units per case, which turns out to be 5 to 8 damaged units per case of 20. I have spoken to InfoPak International, to make them aware of this issue. The ONLY shipment that did not yield any danged units was the replacement shipment, but that was because those units were packaged with bubblewrap around all sides of the units, before they were put into the carton.”
