“Normally I would give 5/5, as I have ordered display cases and smaller items for displays in California and Texas. I love their products! However, this time (for the first time) I encountered problems on two display cases. Only one of the four doors fits, it appears that the bottom opening where the door should attach has been depressed or beat down. I don’t know what to do to fill in the existing gap as it is in the main frame of the case. Also each case has two top lights. Only one light works. If the company can offer a solution to fit the doors, I would much appreciate it.”

“I got these cute heart photo stands pretty quick. they were perfect for what I need to spread some holiday cheer to my Elderly Besties! I actually made some card stock Note Cards and used the displays to remind them they are loved. They all stood perfectly with the Notes attached to them! thanks ... great price too!”

“I received my order on a Friday which part of it was damaged. I contacted Displays2go customer service and about a week later, probably shorter than that, I received a replacement. Displays2go used rl carriers to deliver to my business. The driver, named Dan was so professional and courteous. With this COVID-19 thing going on, everyone is being so overly cautious that sometimes some people come off rude and inconsiderate. With my first delivery, the young man was extremely rude. He used a lift to put the crate with damaged items in a parking space, leaving me, a 5 foot 3 something inches woman to find a way to lift the items over a high ledge and into my shop. Walked away and never looked back. However, Dan not only stood there while my helper and I attempted to put the item on a dolly and move it. But he asked if we needed any assistance. Once I said no, I thanked him for his professional and polite manner. It?s so tough to order something online and get it in one piece now a days. Thank you Displays2go and Dan the delivery guy for making the second go round a smooth process. If I could have tipped Dan, I would have but I?m not sure the proper etiquette in this situation. Thanks again”

“The products are really a #5 but the fact that the company has promos that only apply to people spending $200 to $300 plus does not seem fair. I have spent that much but each of my purchases has gone to a different location due to family living in different states. Why am I not eligible to receive a discount as well? Plus each individual purchase includes a large shipping fee. Not fair to the person who buys one item at a time.”

“This review is for the 36 x 48 Poster Frame for Wall, Snap Open, 1.5" Profile. I ordered a 36x48 inch nautical chart as a gift for my son for his office wall, but I didn't want to spend $300 having it framed. This Snap Open poster frame is an inexpensive, attractive, elegant, and lightweight solution instead of an expensive and heavy custom wooden frame. Placing the chart in the frame took less than five minutes - all four sides of the frame snap open and then snap closed to hold the chart firmly in place. I am quite pleased with this product.”
