“I didn't get all the parts in my original order. I reported the missing part and you attempted to send the missing part but you sent the same part I already had. I have been waiting several weeks and I am now working with service representatives to get the missing part. I have sent photos to show the part I am missing. Investigation is underway to identify, retrieve, send and deliver the missing part. I am frustrated. The representatives are nice, but nice only goes so far. If I don't get the part resolved this coming week, I will ask for my money back. I will send back all the stuff after I see the credit on my card. I save all of the shipping boxes. I hope this gets resolved - I have spent a lot of time on getting this resolved. Grant Ruesch 303-517-0554”

“This review is for the customer service department I called and emailed pictures about the set screws on the sides of the cabinet being too short. I was replied to in an email basically telling me the installation was wrong and the screws weren?t short. You should?ve engineered the cabinet and French cleats with screws long enough to secure it firmly to the wall. I just went to a hardware store and purchased 1/4 longer screws myself since the customer service and tech team just fail short of helping anyone and just tried to blame me for their problem. I sincerely apologize to all the people in the future who have the same problem.”

“The outdoor sign we ordered is less than expected. During the ordering process, our design kept getting rejected due to a pixilation error. After 2 or 3 attempts, all rejected, we finally settled on smaller print and graphics in order to avoid any errors and the end result was a sign that can barely be read/seen from the street. Despite these issues, this was our first order through Displays2go and we will certainly use them again in the future just to give them a second chance and hopefully that collaboration will result in better satisfaction for us.”

“The wood frames I ordered came damaged and the glass was broken. They sent me a replacement order that also arrived damaged. I have contacted them multiple times and sent pictures of the damaged goods, but I get no reply. I am very disappointed with their customer service and the poor quality of their products.”
