“I had a damaged table and knew that it would be a matter of time that the damage could get worse. The customer service rep had me send pics of the damage and now I'm getting a free replacement. Thanks.”

“Great customer service. We ordered a rotating book rack and immediately damaged the base trying to set it up. Customer Service to the rescue. They helped us out quickly and easily, replacing the part we broke trying to assemble the rack. Note: The rack itself is sturdier than we anticipated.”

“The frames are overall great, but the clips are not strong and on my 3 frames, 3 or 4 clips broke and I had to find replacements.”

“We ordered 2 sets of stanchions with ropes. Everything from the order to delivery was easy and went to plan and we are using them at our restaurant. “I purchased the 60x36, and I was very impressed w/ how easy it was to assemble. It works perfect. However, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I write on it, it tends to shake a bit.”

“It was easy to order. The product was actually high-quality. Because of the low price, I was worried it would be flimsy. The exact opposite is true. I was even more surprised to have it arrive the very next day. I would do business with this company again.”

“Easy to put together, a bit flimsy, but overall very nice! We plan to purchase several 11x17in when they are back in stock and would have preferred those to the 8.5x11in stands we originally purchased as they provide a bit more presence.”

“Unfortunately our product came with a factory defect, the sliding doors were put on completely wrong, like I am not even sure how they were able to package it because it was so wrong. The back sliding door (the one without the lock) fell right out as we were unpackaging it. I contacted the company who were very helpful. Within a few days we received our replacement at no charge to us. We haven?t unpacked it yet but we trust it will be in good working order.”

“We ordered an acrylic ballot box it came bubbled wrapped and all but was unfortunately still cracked. I reach out to let them know and they sent us another new one with no hassle. The box and the customer service is great!”
