“Product itself was fantastic, no issue with quality or the poster colors being muted by the shield. The plastic expansion sleeves for drywall however were not good quality and I did have a problem with a damaged frame (which they replaced with no problem)as the three I purchased were just banded together in their separate boxes with the face of one of the frames to the outside. It's actually possible that the tight banding damaged the frame.”

“The pulpit I ordered arrived fairly quickly and looks good. It was very easy to assemble. However I took off one star due to what appears to be a shipping error where there was a dent in the wood top panel that is very visible.”

“The board arrived after a shipping Snafu. Overall the board is above average. It?s a little flimsy and you can feel the board move when you erase but it?s not terrible. This product gets the job done.”

“In the end, I got the 3 frames I ordered and the packaging was good, with no damage to them. It was frustrating, though, because online the black frames were showing as in stock when I ordered them. Weeks later I finally contacted the company to check on the order status and was told the black were out of stock (and would be for 110 days). The representative was able to switch the color to silver and they shipped quickly after that, but I'm not sure why Displays2go didn't contact me about the situation. I would consider buying here again, but I would be wary of the stock being correct online. Edited to add: I really appreciate that the company took the time to respond to my review. I also got a quick response (and resolution) during my online chat attempt. Customer service can be very spotty these days, so Displays2go?s efforts are really nice to experience. I?m going to bump my rating from 3 to 4 and I do feel more comfortable buying from them now.”

“I would give 5 stars but there is a dead bug embedded in the white coating on the top of the cardboard and because it's on one of the front parts of the shelves, it's quite visible. I can't remove it. I wish I could at least hide the dead bug ??”

“The pre-printed floor decals look great and were delivered quickly. I'm still waiting for an updated invoice that shows no taxes since we are tax exempt. I can't submit it for re-reimbursement until I get this.”
