“The brochure stand did not have directions to say to spread cotter pins or needing a phillips head screw driver. Someone should really review this stuff. The rack itself is wobbly. I thought it would be sturdier. I guess time will tell how they hold up. I bought 3 for our church.”

“Packaging was very poor, end of cardboard box was ripped, aluminum pieces were not protected and should have been wrapped in bubble or foam, a few marks on the finished exterior because of poor packaging, a piece of plastic broke off from the end of the aluminum. Because of time restraint I had to super glue plastic and accept the marks, or I would have sent it back. Transaction was fine, shipping time was great, it also went together fairly easy, it's the size I needed, worked good.”

“The products I purchased are exactly what I wanted and were shipped and arrived in good order. The packaging is what I question. The items were wrapped a sheets of green plastic air pocket material that worked well but were not marked as recyclable nor was the plastic bags on the items I purchased. I was rather discussed to have to put all of this into a land fill. I get other items shipped to me with air-pocket protection bags that I easily deflate and recycle. I will consider this process if I need to order again.”

“This is the first and last time I will buy anything from Displays2go. After receiving the displays ordered [Outdoor Literature Holder for Wall Mount with Lid, Fits 8.5 x 11 Magazines - Clear], I was stunned and disappointed to see that the displays are made from paper thin plastic and are not meant to hold anything meaningful or adequate for outdoor business/client use. Perhaps if you were selling your car and simply wanted the least noticeable and lightest possible display, this would work. There is no actual lid, only a thin plastic top seal, which was not easy to use. When I contacted CS to complain about the quality and size of the product, I was advised I could return the items, but would have to pay the return shipping, which should run around $8.95. That shipping fee is 33% of the actual purchase price. They displays came in an over-sized box, wrapped in unnecessary bulky plastic bubble wrap I will not use this company again.”

“I ordered 6 banks and 5 of them were perfect. One was missing the ends. I called and they sent a replacement bank out the same day. I could not ask for better service.”

“Ordered a male mannequin for a display in a museum that arrived on the promised date and I was very happy that the item was of such high quality. I really did not expect that fine a display item (when properly outfitted.”

“We had some damage to my lectern and I contacted Displays2go and spoke with a customer service representative. She asked me to send an email and I did TWICE with pictures and I have heard nothing from your company. I would like to know what is going to be done about the cosmetic damage to the unit I ordered.”

“Previous client with few issues in the past. Ordered a product for OVERNIGHT shipping on Tuesday. After many phone calls, the product finally arrived on the next Monday. Not acceptable in any way, shape or form. After speaking to customer service. Was assured product would arrive on Saturday. “Buy an adjustable height office chair, and you reach down to a lever and adjust. Buy an adjustable height table, and you press a button to raise or lower it. Buy an adjustable height Monitor stand from Displays to go, and you need to remove 4 screw-washer sets from the back after removing the monitor along with two retaining screws, move it up or down a fixed amount, remount the monitor, replace the four mounting sets, then see whether you need to repeat. This is poor product description. Not pleased.”
