“Nice looking frame. Puzzle fit as expected. Plexiglass was a little too large for the frame, and it pushed two corners of the frame apart. My husband, who happens to be extremely handy, was able to trim the plexiglass to fit. He also had the professional equipment to put the two corners of the frame back together. Took about 90 min of his time, and most people wouldn't even have the tools he had (corner clamps and compressor) to fix the frame. I believe this was an anomaly, all resulting from the too-large cut of plexiglass. Update: Displays2Go saw my review and reached out, apologizing for the inconvenience and issued a partial credit to cover the inconvenience. Excellent customer service.”

“The stand is sturdy and the platform is exactly what I needed. However, the casters (wheels) don't seem to turn appropriately, so I find myself dragging the stand as opposed to it rolling properly. I'm looking to replace the wheels with some that are more durable and can handle surfaces smooth (tile) or rough (carpet). This unit, unfortunately, falls short due to the shortcomings of the wheels, but as I said the rest of the unit is very sturdy. One other thing that is a little odd is the fact that the vertical portion of the stand (the part that raises and lowers it) is odd to say the least. Instead of using a spring loaded button, it uses a screw that you have to line up with the hole. It would be nearly impossible to do with anything on the platform.”

“Table is just as described, although the top is dented in several places. When I ordered it I noticed several reviews which said their table was damaged as well. This issue should be addressed.”

“Display racks received had instruction sheets that did not match the parts provided; customer service did help and provided updated instructions. The rack design had changed that eliminated the sign holding feature, which was disappointing. Bottom Line: Instructions packed with unit should match the parts provided and the unit shown in the product adds.”

“Price was good but I received a desk that someone obviously had and tried to put together. There was a big crack they tried to cover with permanent marker. There was white stuff wiped all over the black desk. Also the labels were off and all parts were put in a Ziploc bag. Never again will I order from this place again.”

“I placed an order on Tuesday the 14th and I had one table cloth with a logo one color print. I had not heard anything until I called to follow up the following Monday. The woman I spoke to was kind and apologized for the delay, but they had not processed my order yet. Then I had some email correspondence with changing the logo and then approving the final version for print. I have not received the order yet. It was set to ship on the 27th (which is today) and it should arrive by Friday Dec 1st. I sure do hope the quality is nice for the price I am paying for this. Thank goodness I decided to order these a month and a half before I needed them because it will be 17 days between when I placed the order and when I should receive them.”

“Greetings, I bought the 3 panel display board with the blue fabric on the one side and white magnetic erase board on the other. Although the blue fabric side intended to be used with velcro to hold signs and other things to the board I had experimented and it works out that if you use extra strong magnets attached to the plastic frames they hold to the fabric side just fine. The nice thing also about using magnets on the fabric side they are easier to slide to a different position on the panel. Also some standard button size magnets also hold well the fabric side and can hold a single sheet of paper. I find this to be great asset as I was worried about fabric fatigue in the repeated nature of applying and removing velcro from the board and thus extending the life of the material. Just as a note sheet & rolls magnets are not strong enough to be used on the fabric side only the thicker button and or ones noted as being extra strength work best.”

“I ordered some of the clip strip banner hangers and when I hung them some of the end caps popped off which left the string at risk of falling off. I had to use packing tape on multiple of them in order to keep the banners from falling down.”

“Ordered an A-frame sign. The sides of the frame are kept in place with little rectangular pieces of metal that cause tension and keep the frame sides closed. These were not in place when the product arrived and were very difficult to put in. Now the frame sides do not meet up properly on the corners. Hoping this product lasts. UPDATE: Wonderful customer service from Displays2go! I figured I would just have to make due with the sign in the condition it was in, but they have offered to replace it for me...couldn't ask for more!”

“Ordering & shipping were easy and efficient. Packaging of the items was terrible. The amount of tape utilized to open the boxes made it difficult. Instead of providing a bag with screws and other parts the parts were all screwed into the necessary areas. This required the parts to be removed from the area before assembly. Some screws were 2.5 inches long which was time consuming to extract. The other four screws were held on with washers and nuts were so small that many times would fall loose themselves and be lost in the box. This cause much frustration and missing parts. The brochure holds ordered to compliment the sign holders did not come with any assembly instructions--yes relatively easy to figure out but some type of instruction should be provided. Also, no where did it state that any tools would be necessary for assembly when in fact tools were needed. Packaging of the item leaves a lot to be desired!”
