“I'm giving 5 stars more for the company and its service than for the product itself, which in my opinion is very simple and over-priced. The brochure rack arrived two days before it was scheduled, well packaged, and undamaged. Assembly was simple, intuitive, and super fast. We chose the larger display despite the reviews stating its instability, and also used the wheels instead of the (possibly) more stable feet because of our need to have the rack mobile. A little common sense used by grasping the post low-down to move it alleviates the instability problem (which is real but over-emphasized), and the locking wheels are a nice feature. We loaded magazines into the lower level, and the wires used to divide the partitions for brochures are adequate. Having independently revolving tiers is a nice feature, yet exceedingly simple - rotating on cotter pins through the post. It works.”

“We ordered the large portable tv display stand. The quality is excellent, it is extremely sturdy and holds a 70 in monitor very well. The casters roll easily making it a smooth transition from one area to another.”

“I ordered four 11x17 frames on stands. Two of the four had bent pieces of the sign stand that had to be bent back so that the sign would be displayed straight. Other than that, really liked the product. The frame is very easy to insert posters and the stand is easy to adjust in height and angle.”

“I had purchased this instead of one that cost the same from another company but the other companies shipping cost was extremely high. I had to re-nail all but one of the shelves and three of the supports. Pay the higher shipping cost and get a much better quality one.”

“I have never seen a company that could beat the service that I received from Displays 2go. I ordered 4 display cases for a flag, metals, and picture frame. Even though the boxes had handle with care on them, they were delivered with a hole and dented in boxes. Two of the boxes had broken parts of picture frames, and scratches and two were not damaged. I called customer service and talked to a very nice lady and she asked me if I could send a picture of the boxes and the damaged parts. I told her I didn't know how to do that but the cases were really heavy so could I just sent in the broken parts. She said that was not necessary as they just wanted pictures to go in the file. She said she would talk to other team members and get back with me. I just expected her to tell me that 2 picture frames were on the way. I couldn't believe what I was hearing because she told me they were sending out 3 new display cases at no charge. I could keep the other ones or give them to charity. Never have I ever head of a company going way beyond what I had needed. I have received the 3 and they are in perfect condition. Displays2go should have 10 stars.”
