“The flags were ordered were fantastic...just as described and they make a great impact at our open houses! They are SOOO tall--they draw a ton of attention. Poles are sturdy. Thanks for a great product!”

“I cannot speak to the quality of all the products Displays2go sell, but I purchased a banner stand that I wish I could return due to its poor design and low quality ? it just doesn't work. If for not the return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee, I would return it. I'd rather spend that money elsewhere on something useable. If Displays2go are willing to sell a subpar product, then I'm not interested in doing business with them again.”

“I just got a card display from Displays2go that has 16 sections to hold cards. I create my own photo blank cards and the slots are perfect and will hold 12+ cards with envelopes comfortably. The display is metal with a tough plastic base and a plastic slot on top for advertising your cards. It went together easily with only 4 pieces to put together. The display rotates smoothly with no squeaking. I love it, its perfect! worth every penny!”

“Ordered the cloth table cover with my company logo. The quality of the cover was superior to anything else I could find on the internet or thru my franchise company, and the price was equal or better. So, paid no more for a better quality product. Customer service was superb. Working with the art dept was a breeze. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.”

“The light blue aluminum frames that I recently purchased from Displays2go are beautiful! I plan to decorate them with jewels and other embellishments. My only regret is that I did not purchase them in a larger size. I've used Display2go on several occasions and will continue to use them as my "go to" source for frames.”

“Site works well, fast shipping and packaged very well. Only gripe is that they charge a fee for "broken cases" literally costing more than the product itself. $10 to open a box? Display also broke very easily (holding it from the corner, the weight of itself cracked it) so had to purchase another and of course was imposed yet another broken case fee. Because of this, unfortunately, I would not order from here again. EDIT: Displays2go took care of me immediately and I appreciate the gratitude immensely! Revising my review to 5-stars.”

“Fedex couldn't find my house, but this company had great communication (not just automated messages) that allowed me to write back to a real person with detailed description of my home. I got the package within the next day or two.”

“Thats my only complaint! The product is great! Shipped and delivered in timely manner. The packaging was satisfactory. The product comes with nice carry case. Once I figured it out...its easy to assemble. I just recommend a small insert with picture of product where to attach bottom part of easel.”

“Ordering and shipping was fast and professional, product came in good condition. Some scratches on the back of the frame, but front is fine. Had issues putting the easel together even that the construction is super easy, the srew didn't cooperate. Frame is excellent, very easy to use it and change content daily - a bit flimsy.”

“I ordered a dry goods dispenser, needed quickly. Paid extra $70+ to get it overnight. Website accepted charge, processed order, and gave confirmation. When it didn't show next day, I called to check. The nice lady on phone told me that unit has a 5 day delay before shipping. I went to website and verified there is a small note on page where I placed order that said 5 day delay. I missed it. When I asked her why they would accept a $70+ charge for next day, on an item they knew couldn't ship next day, she was stumped. I cancelled order and made my own!”

“Display2go offers great products at reasonable prices. They also have a wonderful customer service team. On our most recent orders, one of the sign holders was received cracked. When I called about the problem, the customer service team helped to solve the issue quickly with no fuss. Definitely a pleased customer here!”

“We needed 28 stand metal Stand-off's for a project that we were building in our retail showroom. The manufacturers specifications were not specific enough and therefore we called customer service at Displays2go and talked with Theresa who courteous and extremely helpful. The items arrived in a timely manner and the product was just perfect. All in all it was an pleasant experience and a breath of fresh air to find a company who is committed and understands the meaning of customer service. We will continue to use and recommend Displays2go for all our display needs”

“The items I ordered for the bank I work for were on back order since around July. After emailing customer service, the representative Sharon promptly informed me they won't be available until mid-October (ugh). I requested she let me know when they are free again. She stated there was no automatic process for this and would check manually herself from time-to-time and try to keep me updated. I didn't expect much and continued to check on my own. A few months passed and I got an email from Sharon letting me know the items would be available to order soon. Not long thereafter, she sent a followup the day they were available again. Sharon went above and beyond her job and made my back-ordered item's ordering experience better than I could've imagined. Truly customer service at its best!”
