“My order for the SINDLE8 arrived within two days of my initial order by standard mail. Even though I was obligated to return the order, [by no fault of the product, my organization, upon product arrival, realized that they did not need it] the Customer Service department went above and beyond to make sure that I was e-mailed a Return Form that I was able to complete, print, and attach to the returned product.”

“I ordered 7 portable lecterns and 1 mobile podium for high school use and have been very pleased with these products' durability and quality. The order shipped within a week and the products came with no damage. All of the items are sturdy and I have received a lot of praise from my fellow colleagues.”

“i bought a item, read the specs it said it would fit my tablet ordered the stand and it didn't fit?.. so i go to send it back and displays2go charges me a "restock" fee,,,, what is this some type of scam,, why should i have to pay for your misinformation ?”

“The frame works great. However because the poster was dry-mounted, the snap-in sides don't close completely. I wish I had known this, because I wouldn't have had the poster dry mounted.”

“I ordered candy bins for my sweets shop and they arrived within a week, packaged nicely and carefully. My only con was that the shipping weight wasn't stated and I never received an order confirmation. Other than that, I will only order through Displays2go.com.”

“Great product for the money and incredibly fast shipping. There were no assembly instructions in the box, I ended up with 2 spare parts, but it works so maybe they were necessary? Id order again from this company. Reasonably priced too.”

“So i recieved the stand I ordered. Packing was appropriate but minimalist instructions. I decided to return it as i wanted one with wheels and ordered this on accident. The return process waa really hard. I finally dropped it off at fall rivers and they wouldn't give me a slip to say it happened and now won't respond to my emails.”

“I ordered two aluminum frames from displays2go but unfortunately, during shipment, one of them was damaged. I called up customer service and they were polite, staight-forward, and very helpful. They sent me a replacement, no charge, and it arrived the next day!”

“I placed an order for a single item and received it super fast. It was packed very securely, so as not to damage it, but there was a scratch on the face of the sign holder. I called customer service to make them aware of it. It wasn't that noticeable, but their packing slip says to call if there are any damages or defects. Because I only ordered 1 item, and the shipping cost was nearly half as much as the product, I told them it was fine, and didn't need for them to go to the expense of replacing it. They thanked me for be so understanding and ended up issuing me a full refund of the order- including the shipping cost- very generous! As a professional event planner, I do plan to do future business with Displays2Go.”

“When we received our order of 6 business card holders all but one were damaged. I called and was told new ones would be on there way. I received the replacements within a week, with extra packaging to protect them from damage.”

“Ordered 2 @ 3' w x 2' h steel a-frame signs. Displays2go corrected my on-line error for the delivery address in Omaha NE via my telecom to them. Their delivery to the correct address was prompt via ground transport. I highly recommend this company.”
