“I spent $650 CAD on a raffle drum. When it arrived, there was an important piece missing. I emailed the customer service department, but still haven't heard back from them.”

“Our Pastor was so surprised when he received his pulpit. It came already reassembled (which was a plus) and looked really good. We did notice slight chipping on the corners of the podium but other than that we are satisfied!”

“Thank you for shipping the brochure display we ordered. It arrived today. We are very pleased with the way it looks, as well as the sturdy structure. It is going to be perfect. It's not a complex design, but it is perfect, and the only one I found online that was exactly what we were looking for and needed. “Hi, I ordered a spinning prize wheel from another company and it turned out they would not be able to get it to me in time. I contacted displays to go and got prompt quick help with a simple phone call. They even helped me get the order to ship out just after the cut off time which meant a lot to me. I did talk to two different agents (I made two calls), and each person was great to work with. Thanks”

“We like the design but the holder is to shallow at 2 inches. It should be 4 inches deep. Both display stands are cleaned out in one day at the market.”

“The box got smashed in shipping and the fabric panels got ripped out of half of the frames. It was very hard to get back in and some of the panels are permanently bent. But, other than that it a very lightweight and useful product - just needs more protection during shipping.”

“I received 3 frames, one frame had the inside plastic that is used to protect the poster scratched, and completely broken off on the top and bottom. Also, I don't know if this a frame issue or a poster issue, but I cannot get the wrinkles out of the poster. You have to get at just the right angle to not notice it. Probably worth it to spend a bit more to get a higher quality frame.”
