“We love this frame. We had tried to get our panoramic picture custom framed and the price was over $500, so we felt like we were "settling" for this cheaper frame. When it arrived (the day after I ordered it) I was happy to see the quality of the frame. It is a perfect match for our photo and definitely doesn't look cheap!”

“I was pleased with how easy it was to place my order as a new customer and how quickly it arrived. Displays2go was a pleasure to work with. I ordered two wire bookracks and although I would have liked some of the sections to be a bit taller to accommodate larger books, I'm happy with them. They're light and easy to move around and look great.”

“I ordered a purse display rack at almost half the price another site had. It was shipped promptly but was missing a piece. I contacted customer service and the part was shipped the same day.”

“Ordered two sets of frames. Contacted representative for information about product prior to ordering. When the order came, it was not what the representative had told me. Company honored order, refunded the money, and gave me the product.”

“We needed 6 8 by 10 frameless photo frames to add to several others we had bought many years ago. Tried to find them in stores like Target, Walmart and others to no avail, so we looked on the Internet and discovered Displays2go! Wow, they had exactly what we wanted plus many related items. So we ordered them and Wow! They came in about 2-3 days. So now Displays2go is our go to place for frames.”

“jUST OPENNED THE BOX WHICH LOOKED FINE FROM THE OUTSIDE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE TOP HINGE HAS BEEN INSTALLED BROKEN AND THE NEXT HINGE HAS BEEN STRIPPED OF ALL 3 SCREWS. WE HAVE PUT LARGER SCREWS IN AND WILL RPLACE THE DAMAGED HINE.”

“I was at first a little overwhelmed by the options on their site but was able, as a result, to find exactly what we needed. I ordered on a Monday and without paying for any special shipping it showed up only a few days later. The best part was that our signage piece was already full assembled, well packaged (nothing got broken in transit) and there were easy instructions for hanging. It looks beautiful and is exactly what we were hoping for. After a few back experiences with customer service at other places I was almost in shock how easy it was to order and receive exactly what I needed.”

“I was so impressed with the speedy delivery from Maryland to Ontario of the grid display booth but even more so with the quality of the product. It is always a bit of a gamble buying something online sight unseen but I would not hesitate to do that again from Displays2Go. They make the process simple and their website is on the bleeding edge.”

“The overall quality of the product is better than expected! Packaging was done well. There was damage to the outside container but the product was not damaged. Shipping was faster than expected!! The only thing I would suggest ? The bottom of the rack has a clear plastic panel that retains the cards on the lower rack. The plastic panel is not secured in any way. This creates an issue with a ?flopping? piece of plastic that should be secured and not left lose. If the manufacture of the product would supply two small ?L? brackets to secure the plastic panel this would be an even better product. I recommend this product!”

“I work for Target Distribution and had never used Displays2go. My boss asked me to order 3'X4' metal frames for posters he wants in our conference rooms. I found the perfect item on Displays2go and ordered a count of 5. They arrived well packaged, in great condition, and quickly! I would definitely order from them again.”

“I am the primary designer of promotional displays for a college, and as such, I order a lot of displays. I've done business with Displays2go occasionally for about 8 years now. Their product is decent, with a few shortcomings, but if these shortcomings and the price balance out for you, I do recommend placing an order. The printing on the pull-up banner stands is good quality. The hardware itself has gotten cheaper over the years, to the point where the tent-pole-type support is not hard to bend and ruin if you're not very careful (which can be tough when a variety of employees check out and use these displays, and not everyone is practiced or patient with the quirks). We also recently had one banner's retracting system fail, damaging the banner in the process. That one had lasted us about 5 years and we needed to change the printout anyway, so it was not the end of the world. However, if you are looking for a very long-lasting display, for your investment this product may not be the best choice. The biggest annoyance is with their email and uploading system once your order is placed. It feels very mid-2000s and not user friendly, far behind the type of site the other companies we work with are offering. As a graphic designer I understand what they are asking for in this long, unorganized email, but I think that for someone less immersed in this field, it is overly complicated and probably confusing. There would definitely be better ways to handle the ordering and uploading process.”

“I was looking for a frame for an 8" x 11" magazine. Frames abound for 8.5" x 11" OR 8" x 10" items however 8" x 11" frames are near impossible to find. Displays2go was able to supply me with a matted frame to these dimensions but I had to purchase a minimum of 6 and shipping cost more than half the cost of the items. In the end, I was able to get the frame I needed but considering I only needed one, $120 was a bit steep. Also, when they arrived, the label actually says the dimensions are 8.5" x 11". Happily the label is WRONG and the dimensions are more like 8" x 10.75"”
