“We began looking for a new canopy pop-up for home shows/expos/events that we set up at. After much research and looking at literally dozens of websites, we contacted Displays2go. I was contacted by a customer service representative who was my point of contact from beginning to end. They made it very easy for me to get them my logos and explain what we were looking for. They sent me several 'mock' examples with my logos just like I wanted. When we received the finished product, we were more than impressed!”

“When submitting custom art work they were easy to work with and answered my questions without having to submit proof after proof. When my artwork was not approved the first time, they gave me screen shots and told me how to fix it and it was very much appreciated. Good qualoty customer service.”

“The product is high quality and the custom graphics exceed my expectations. Customer service was also great. I will definitely buy again from Displays2go. However, whoever was responsible for packing my product for transport did a horrible job, and as a result the travel bag that my product came in was damaged beyond repair. Saving $1 worth of bubble wrap cost you a 5 star review.”

“Ordering and delivery were quick and efficient. The literature rack itself is very nice. The carrying case is flimsy and will barely protect the stand. I see there are cardboard corner stabilizers included, but the first time this is used by someone outside the marketing department, they'll probably throw them out.”

“I purchased a similar sign at a local office supply depot for over $100.00. My smarter half (wife) went on-line and found this sign at Displays2go for under $30.00. The sign arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured and described on the site. I would highly recommend this product and company.”

“I did some research on these types of drawers I wanted and came to this company. I decided to order and within two days my shipment came! Talk about (almost) instant gratification! The shallow drawers I ordered are perfect for storing my art supplies - drawing pencils, pens, pastels, colored pencils, small tubes of paint, even unmounted rubber stamps. I'm so glad I bought 5 of them instead of the original 3 I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company and I will probably be back someday too!”

“I really like the pricing and quality of the products. Shipping usually happens fairly quickly. One downside I find which makes me think twice before ordering though is the broken case fee. My shipping comes to $12.00 on an order, but then they want to tack another $12.00 broken case fee because I don't need 100 pieces of an item ( or other similar situation) ? Between shipping and broken case fees it came to almost 35% of my ordered items. This will cause me to look elsewhere if I can find comparable products without the excessive fees. Take away the broken case fees, and I would give a five star rating.”

“We've ordered multiple products from Displays2go and most have been good. When we had to return a few items we found out their restocking fee was really high. One of the items we purchased was 3 rotating banners. Out of the box these didn't work. Our engineers figured that they were top heavy. The team at Displays2go was good to work with. The believe they've found the issue and have replaced all three banners without issue.”

“I ordered a silver, 20-slot literature rack for our upcoming trade shows and the product was well received; however, it had a slight defect upon receipt. The bottom 3 slots did not align properly with each other, and would not come together. We had to take pliers and bend one of them in order to slide them properly into the slots. After this, it came together nicely. Can't wait to display it at our shows.”

“FMBWL3COAM Dayschool coat locker with cubbie Painless purchase, shipping was fast. Heavy product, some package damage. The kids cubbie had some minor nicks, but to be expected with laminated particle board. The assembly instructions however were horrible and even wrong. Printed version included was poor copy the pdf online was color photos but too small to show holes and orientation detail. The nature of the product meant there were pieces that could have gone in different places with different orientation and there was no way to know without loosely assembling and then reassembling. a simple one letter sticker one the pieces with a orientation note on the diagram would have saved a lot of frustration. (Note I have built many of these types of products and this was the worst- I have even built my own airplane- so I am very handy) There was no information about using the inserts for cam lock studs, and you really needed something besides a phillips screwdriver to hammer them into the holes, once you figured out where they went. And putting on the kickboard last is a really dumb idea and nearly impossible without loosening up the base and risking missalignment of the back boards. An I would have instructed to fasten the coat hooks to boards before assembling- much much much easier. Displays2go offered to pull a unit and have staff assemble it to provide me assistance. Fantastic except it would mean I would have to wait a day to get answers. The parts were all over the floor- who wants to wait. But PLEASE- you try to make sense out of those instructions. Looked good when finished. Extra hardware left over.”

“My order was painless and shipped in a timely manner. HOWEVER: the packing used to ship my order was LESS than acceptable-very cheaply and poorly done, which resulted in a small damaged spot on the sign. This was a PACKAGING issue, NOT a carrier (FedEx) issue. I didn't bother to claim it because it does not affect the function of the sign, but I know it's there. Honestly, when I opened the package, I expected it to be in pieces! Other than that, I had no issues with my order, and should the need arise, I will probably order from D2G again.”
