“The billboard came to me with everything to properly install it...and came with locking keys as well as having additional push pins included in the purchase. All in all....very nice!”

“Arrived with a part broken, but was given a complete replacement (not just the part). They don't replace parts. Great experience with the rep/company (so far). Instructions are pics only. Couldn't figure out where to put a screw. Rep couldn't either. I think we will like the whiteboard unit. Seems sturdy, except for the weak part which broke. Edit: Have tried for couple days to get answers on assembly. China is on holiday, so no answers for at least 6 more days. Parts don't fit together right. Instructions are insufficient. Reps don't have answers. Not what I wanted to spend my time doing. Holding out hope that we can get it put together one day. Try a different company/whiteboard. Conclusion: After receiving 3 whiteboards for the price of one, I am glad for their quick replacement policy. WE finally got them all together. Use a large sharpie inserted into the corner brackets to help instal the corners. The screws go in the middle of the plastic tab on the back of the board. There is no location hole for the screws, just screw them through the plastic tab and back of the board. Hope that helps. There reps do seem to care, and had turned the experience around from a single star to 3 stars.”

“We received the Hostess station, but it had 2 chips on the edge of a panel. Also all the caster wheels don't lock. Will be notifying Displays2go to see if we can get replacements.”

“Nice Pedestal, disaterous shipping. The 30" pedestal I ordered is nice, well designed and well made but the shipping was a disaster. The carton was too big for the pedestal so the parts rattled around in the box, the bubble wrap was loose and not taped or secured in any way so the parts of the pedestal came tumbling out of the box when I opened it. Luckily nothing was damaged but I was shocked at the lack of care taken.”

“Ordered first week of Feb still no resolution after over a month. Submitted artwork 3 times and each time was told no it didn't work but not how to make it work. the final time I sent it in and no one even responded to tell me the artwork was rejected. So I have been waiting for trade show material to arrive and it never has because no one sent me anything. Process is far too complicated & Terrible communication & terrible customer service. We will now miss our 1st trade show because you spent a month not communicating with me about where we stand with this order. I am outraged at this process and the way we have been dealt with and we will take our business elsewhere after this project even if we have to pay more.”

“I'm disappointed that using the templates requires a special program. I really wanted something that I could just create in Word and change whenever I needed to. With this one, I have to send the work out. It's not DIY. Perhaps I overlooked something when I ordered it, so partly my fault, I'm sure.”

“I am disappointed in the quality of the product. There are many "stress" points or cracks in the items we received. I have sent several back, only to receive more with small fractures in the acrylic.”

“The display case is absolutely beautiful and I love it. It?s perfect. BUT ? it?s a 400 lb unit and the best delivery option available on the website is the ?special services? ? which means there is one delivery person and they will deliver the item 2 feet inside your door ? and they don?t uncrate the case or remove the debris. Premium service should have been offered. So I had to find a company that would uncrate and remove debris ? an exercise that took two hours to arrange and cost $250 extra. The delivery aspect of this purchase is why I rated displays2go a 3.”

“I ordered nesting tables for our small gift shop and they are perfect. Very easy to assemble. The only problem is that I was minus a couple of screws but I called and they were shipped that day and I had them the following business day. We have ordered many things from Dispays2go and we have been very happy.”
