“Really great customer service and fast shipping! The products I ordered need some revisions in their manufacturing. I ordered cases in two styles and was not satisfied with the construction for the price of the items. I can still use them and they look okay in our show room, but holes were not drilled correctly and parts didn't fit in the correct places. My husband and I had to make revisions to the design on our own to make the cases usable.”

“This display is the only one I could find that had the design I was looking for - vertical, flush to the wall, and suited for 4x9 pamphlets. It was easy to put together using the enclosed instructions and I was able to do it myself quickly & easily. All necessary parts were enclosed. It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Just wish though that you could buy additional pockets without having to buy another set of 4. Maybe I wanted a 6-pocket system. The other thing though was that shipping was pretty expensive for the lightness of the unit. Added about 50% to the cost of what I was buying. But, as they were the only ones who had what I was looking for, I bought from this company anyway. Communication was good as I was informed throughout the buying and shipping process as to the status of my order.”
