Though it was my error I believe the first A frame units I purchased were totally not suitable for outside display. I have purchased to more of better design.

Table top banner was broken upon arrival. Banner did not stay attached to base. The base was dented and did not work. Poor quality, requiring full refund.

I'm not good with following instructions. They usually perplex me. So I just looked at the instructions photo steps and I was able to put the display together just fine. If I had the room for more, I would buy more.

Not happy at all. I submitted files with a couple of questions, my questions were ignored. Telling me they need different files. I sent the files per their request, and their graphic person decided to change my layout. I called and cancelled the order on Aug 13th, on Aug 25, I get an email confirming that my order had been cancelled and it would be 1-2 weeks for a refund. Certainly not the way to do business in my book. Shame on them.

The sleeves look great, and the personnel was fabulous to work with. The only issue I may have is the fading. They are in direct sunlight so I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Time will tell. Thank you

This is the first time I ordered from Displays2go and I'm very impressed in their Customer Service! I had received my order and one of the boxes was totally damaged and the item--a frame--was all torn up. Tiffany took my call and quickly apologized and reassured me that she could send a replacement over to me for my grand opening event--next day air! Way to save the day! Thanks Tiffany!!!!

Hi! The Displays2Go team was great. My first order the color of the tablecloth was off. They were quick and easy to work with on this issue. The replacement tablecloth was perfect! Than you for everything and I cannot wait to use Displays2Go again for future projects!

The snap frames I ordered were $50 each and were extremely flimsy. The frame components were poorly cut with chipping at the corners. The frame backing is a thin piece of plastic that doesn’t provide any rigidity to the frame. I would not recommend purchasing these frames.

We used this telescoping tv mount in our screened porch. This was the perfect product for us to hang the tv from a ceiling support beam and bring the television low enough to not strain our neck. We love how it allows you to angle the television up and down as well as side to side to get the perfect angle. The hollow pole also allowed us to hide the power cords and plug it in at the top of our roof line.

I ordered a display for our lobby and only one of two boxes showed up. I wasn't aware it was being shipped in two boxes, and I assumed the wrong unit was sent. I contacted cust. svc. and after several days, they told me that the 2nd box was still en route. It was clear from tracking info that something was wrong with the 2nd box (either missing or damaged.) At some point, I pushed them to send a replacement for the lost box and expedite shipping. They said they did, but another several days passed before I reached out again and said I still hadn't received anything. They then sent me a tracking number. Eventually, the 2nd box showed up and the unit is fine. But, good customer service would have been them realizing earlier that they should have send a replacement for the second box as soon as it was flagged. Everything that happened was because I pushed for it. They should be more proactive.

I am sure what was sent to me was a USED display. There are black marks on the base and I can see some of the pixels are broken.
