I wish I’d read all these reviews (& ones on trust pilot too) before purchasing. If I could rate DLSB less than 1 I would! All I’m asking for is a part refund on an order - not a big deal. Mine hasn’t been going on as long as some I’ve read, but they received my prepaid tracked parcel back on 2nd November. I’ve emailed twice since with no response. I’ve also facebook messaged, to get an automated response saying due to the volume they’re not accepting messages via Facebook. I absolutely do not recommend this company….What would you call a person who would take money off you & not return it?! Well, this company is in the same category. Give us our money back DLSB - you take it from us quick enough. Oh and DSLB, if you’re going to respond to this in your unthoughtful, tedious, repetitive & generic way, “apologising about it being a busy time” and “that we should get a refund within 21 days”… please don’t bother. Spend less time putting rubbish memes on your Facebook page for likes & spend the time responding to customers & refunding us.

Totally dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered my best friend’s birthday present (x2 jumpsuits) and a third jumpsuit for myself to go out in on her birthday. Due to COVID 19 and personal issues before this I have not been on a night out in over two years and the day should have been pretty special as we were going to Birmingham and to several new bars to celebrate her birthday as well as our first time out in so long. I ordered the items well over a week before we were due to go out and I had an e-mail from Royal Mail to say it had been delivered. No delivery was ever received or even attempted. I live above a pub and the landlord had been outside with his partner the whole morning with the dog tending the plants and watering due to the extreme heatwave we were experiencing. He took a delivery at 11am and another at 11:33am and this one was recorded as arriving at 11:16am. During the time in between the deliveries there wasn’t any time period when somebody wasn’t outside the pub and would have definitely seen the postman. (11am delivery was also ironically from Royal Mail). I waited until a full week had passed and tried to contact DLSB – no contact number you have to e-mail. So I e-mailed. And I waited 24 hours. And I e-mailed again. And I waited another 24 hours and e-mailed again. Eventually I received a response confirming that I did receive the package as Royal Mail showed successful delivery at 11:16am. Well clearly I didn’t or I wouldn’t be e-mailing. I responded to say I’d checked with the neighbours etc and could it be investigated with Royal Mail and haven’t heard anything since other than an e-mail asking how happy / satisfied I am with their customer service (this was in response to one of my emails that they had not even responded to!!!) to say that their customer service is abysmal is an understatement. I will not be ordering from them again and I will also be making sure that all of my friends and the customers at the pub know about their shocking service so that they do not waste their money either.

Unbelievable I've never been disappointed, for being a curvier girl "one size" still looks amazing on.. il defo continue to buy ❤🥰

Ordered 2 dresses, both very good quailty and descriptions was 100% to the picture, highly recommended then and will definitely be ordering stuff again!

OK items, some bits expensive for what they are/material. However if you need to send something back you are in for a struggle. I waited 3 weeks for a refund. Emailed 4 times and they stopped responding, 5 Facebook messages and I received a rude message back. Told to stop messaging as they would keep putting me to the back of the queue 😡. Had to prove I'd sent it all back so make sure you keep your proof of posting otherwise they'll deny ever receiving it. I've used this company a few times and this is the worst service I've ever received from shopping online. Shame dlsb, you could have handled your returns so much better. I must also add they have no telephone number to call which seems very odd....

I can’t even get my head around how bad the returns and refunds process is and only wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I purchased various items and a few didn’t fit/didn't suit so I returned them the same day. 2 weeks later I emailed to query if they’d received them as I’d heard nothing. I got a big standard response saying they’re busy and don’t always send emails confirming returns or refunds. Sorry, what??! How is that ok? I was also informed that they’re currently processing returns from a MONTH AGO and once they get to mine it could take 21 days for the refund. So SEVEN WEEKS in total!! So I’ll potentially get no refund for seven weeks and zero communication on the matter and will just have to keep checking my account up until mid April then have to chase again. Diabolical customer service. Surely if you’re expanding a business to take plenty of peoples hard earned money and send items, you should also account for the increase in returns? Clearly not with DLSB.

Won't refund me for returned order! Won't reply to emails. NEED CLOSING DOWN by the look of the amount of people in the same boat we can get together, get our money and get them closed!!! Absolute disgraceful keeping peoples 💰

I am still waiting for a refund on an order returned in October.I have proof of return thank goodness as they say it was lost by Royal Mail . They have still not reimbursed me,please do not buy anything from this company.customer service is non existent and in responsive,I am now seeking legal advice out of pure desperation and principle

Ordered dress for my bday... to then be told when chasing delivery it's out of stock, cancelled rest of the order but still was sent even tho told not to... I returned straight away have tracking received and still not refund... you email and they say not received it don't recognise the order....

Returns are impossible. The actual dresses I ordered were quite nice, but I returned them in September, they received the items in October and I was still chasing the refund in December. In the end I had to go through my bank to get a refund as DLSB were non-responsive or completely unhelpful. Funnily enough, a day after my bank refunded me on their behalf they contacted me and offered a refund but stated I had to reverse the bank transfer. I refused as it took me 3 months to see that money! I will never buy anything from them again.

WARNING LADIES . I would not order from this site. Despite the nice clothes they don’t send packages out securely. The customer service is appalling and it’s taken over a month to get some answers. Result - I’m over £60 out of pocket they haven’t offered me any sort of compensation not even vouchers. I’m just so thankful I didn’t order more. I’d be extremely careful I definitely wouldn’t order in large amounts.

I ordered a pair of the leather look gladiator sandals, and was so happy when they arrived...however after having them less than 2 weeks (and only wearing them 3 times) they have both completely split in half across the soles. Upon contacting DLSB and providing photo evidence of how bad they were I was advised they were aware of a 'manufacturing fault' on this style of sandal (along with other styles), yet only offered me 40% refund. The only way I could obtain a full refund was to return the faulty item, but I had already gotten rid of the box and packaging after the first wear, and have no postage label. I also do not have time to try and source alternative packaging and get to a post office. I also requested a replacement pair of shoes to be sent as an alternative to a refund, but this too was declined. I am unsure why I should be inconvenienced even further when they are well aware they have sent me faulty shoes in the first place. The quality of the product is appauling, and their lack of assistance to rectify their error is very bad service. I have since saw several comments on their social media saying they too have had shoes that have split in half accross the sole (yet these comments seem to disappear). Be cautious when purchasing as the quality of the products may cost you more in the long run!

How long you wait for a refund really let’s this company down and the fact they deduct the return fee from your refund. Most companies offer free returns.

ORDER NO: 186711 Returned items which they received on 23/3/20. Still waiting on a refund. I understand they have a skeleton staff however I should not have to wait this length of time-over 6 weeks. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH & LET ME KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND
