I ordered a pair of the leather look gladiator sandals, and was so happy when they arrived...however after having them less than 2 weeks (and only wearing them 3 times) they have both completely split in half across the soles.
Upon contacting DLSB and providing photo evidence of how bad they were I was advised they were aware of a 'manufacturing fault' on this style of sandal (along with other styles), yet only offered me 40% refund.
The only way I could obtain a full refund was to return the faulty item, but I had already gotten rid of the box and packaging after the first wear, and have no postage label.
I also do not have time to try and source alternative packaging and get to a post office.
I also requested a replacement pair of shoes to be sent as an alternative to a refund, but this too was declined.
I am unsure why I should be inconvenienced even further when they are well aware they have sent me faulty shoes in the first place.
The quality of the product is appauling, and their lack of assistance to rectify their error is very bad service.
I have since saw several comments on their social media saying they too have had shoes that have split in half accross the sole (yet these comments seem to disappear).
Be cautious when purchasing as the quality of the products may cost you more in the long run!
