“My order has been delayed from April 20 to April 24. It was ordered on April 9 and on April 13 it said it was shipped and would arrive April 20. Hoping it arrives on the 24th but understand the delay since it is not an essential item.”

“I have not used the whale towel yet but I bought several Dock & Bay towels as Christmas gifts. As we are currently in love lockdown I decided to buy one for myself to cheer me up whilst supporting a worthwhile conservation charity and it gives me something to look forward to using when I eventually get away ... hopefully Seville in September to celebrate my cousins wedding! I love the XL size, the fact that it is so light and compact in its sack and lovely subtle design in a pretty pale blue. I hope it washes well as it says to wash with cool water so that will be interesting and I hope it dries as quickly as it claims! As a keen sailor this will be part of my kit and laundry facilities are sometimes hard to come by so the practical selling points of this item were the main draw for me. Thank you Dock & Bay! 💙”

“first time purchasing from this company directly myself and it was fine. I did receive a faulty product as a Christmas gift last year but was told to go back to amazon for exchange (bit difficult when it was a gift and I had no way of doing so) overall would order again but not through a third party”

“I have previously bought one of your beach towels which I absolutely love. My recent order was a head towel - I got 20% off and am very grateful for that as I think the product is somewhat pricy. I have previously used cheaper towelling products and whilst the dock and bay hair towel is better, it is not significantly so as to justify the high pricing. That being said, the delivery was quick and the packaging of the towel was lovely.”
