“Love the towel although some rust stains will not come out no matter how long I soak them or what kind of stain remover I use. Guess that is why I rarely purchase towels with white in them. :-(”

“I received a faulty product. Got in touch and they said they’d send a new one within 1-2 business days. A week later I’m still waiting. Emailed them to chase it up, no response yet”

“It might dry faster than a normal towel but it feels like you drying off with your bed sheet. Just doesn’t feel good.”

“Good towels. But beware they don't feel like a towel feels like you are drying yourself with a sheet. But they do as they say absorb the water and doesn't pick up sand. A little bit hard to get back in the bag they came in. Bag could have been bigger. Great for packing doesn't take up to much room in suitcase.”

“As a repeat customer, I had a simple request - switch out one colour that I already had on an order of 4. Apparently this was too complicated and couldn’t be done, but was a great suggestion for the future!! Decent product, but crappy customer service.”

“Sizing not obvious .Mine was too big but keeping it cos of the hassle of returning it .A belt would be a good addition. Not clear if usuable as a drying garment as well as for wearing. Pricey for what it is.Not all stock available at time of ordering.A better description of how to use the product would be useful Eg drying”

“These towels are expensive Great for travel though. Light weight folds to nothing. Wish there were colour options that didn’t include white stripes. Hard to keep white clean camping / travelling / ect”

“While I like the product, it is compact and dries well I am slightly disappointed with one aspect of it. When putting on the poncho when the skin is wet it will sometimes stick to the skin and as a result some of the stitches have cracked and split.”

“I bought the hair wrap and at present I am not sure about it. I have a velour/towelling version which I love and the Dock & Bay one doesnt appear quite as good at the moment. There is no stretch in the material so it doesnt fit as well on my head and the twisted bit ends up quite flat so it doesnt look quite so "glamourous" as my other one. I will persevere and hopefully it will improve.”

“Was a bit disappointed with my purchase as I found that it was very thin but also got dirty very quickly and as I was staying in a hotel couldn’t really wash it adequately and didn’t want to spend a fortune in cleaning bills.”

“The towels are great, compact and absorbant. Living in Canada, sometimes a towel is also a blanket from wind, and these towels don't cut it in that area. Once wet, they become very cold, so if you are at an outdoor pool or beach and once out of the water, the wind makes you chilly, these wo'nt keep you warm the way wrapping in a terrycloth tewel will. We bought the kids ponchos, but once wet, they become very sticky on the skin and are impossible to pull down over the child's body. Therefore I had to remove the side seams and replace with snaps. The head hole is also a little small so it's not easy to just "throw on" a child. The snaps definitely helped and I'd recommend this as a potential design for the future.”

“Was disappointed in the color of my last towel. Supposed to be coral but was really red instead. Too difficult a process to return it. Was required to purchase a different color, return the one I purchased then when you received it I would get a refund so I just kept the one I didn’t like. I have 3 of your towels, I do like 2 of them.”
