“I bought the face masks for two male friends but unfortunately they were not big enough bring too tight/restricted so I am now left with them!”

“1 bought 3 adult face masks in different colours, 2 are great but one was cut differently making the sizing too small and tight on the ears, dock and bay replaced this but unfortunately this is the same, therefore it could be a great product but the sizing is too hit and miss.”

“I ordered 4 towels with a special deal they were having. Unfortunately I returned the towels beacuse they did not feel as soft as I thought they would be. The customer service department was great and helpful with processing my return. However, I had to pay for the return of the items and it was not cheap. I would have preferred they provided a return label and charged me a nominal fee for the return. I did receive my refund in a timely manner.”

“The stitching of the “band” around the face masks was very poor. It looked very untidy. I have had to restitch the masks. I liked the hair wraps. Very good.”

“Love the material and how easily packable it is, slim and light. Huge towels and love the looks, and very absorbent, but they stay heavy soggy wet and then it’s just uncomfortable.”

“While it is convenient to wrap my hair up when wet, it isn't big enough to fit my hair length in. I also wear it for multiple hours and my hair is still quite wet.”

“Masks provide a better seal than most masks and provide good COVID protection. The downside is that if you run up some steps and are out of breath the masks provides more resistance to breathing in than other masks. This only happens sometimes but when it does the mask is pulled across your lips. You need to remind yourself to breath through your nose. Hopefully this will improve after a few washes.”
