“I had these on a 3 for 2 offer which was good. However the black one I have the edging has started to come undone and an inch is now hanging.”

“I recently ordered a towel and some face masks. They are so soft and beautiful colours. However one of the masks straps isn’t sewn well and is flapping and freying. Still useable but it is a shame. The label inside the mask is also massive. I know you can cut it out but it makes me laugh so I’ve kept it in. It’s about 1/4 of the mask”

“Love the fact that they fold so small and are easy to carry, but I’m afraid my family was not a fan ok the material, they miss the fluffiness of the towels, bought 4, used 2, was going to return the other 2, but will keep them due to the cost of shipping.... i suggest you just buy 1 first to try out and if you like it order more, I wish I did”

“Usually love Dock & Bay. Bought their microfibre beach towels for last year's holiday and they are great. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the 4 face coverings I just bought. Very small, in fact much too small for my husband and they are too tight for my face which is small! I had to stretch one of mine, which tore the ear loops. Really fogged up my specs - much worse than a disposable one. I'd unpacked all the 4 that I bought to take on holiday so no chance of returning. Buy the towels but don't buy the masks! Really disappointed.”

“Materials-great, design-great, speed of delivery- very good, value for money-I wish it was cheaper the size of the cooling towels gave me a bit of a shock to be honest!”

“Great service but disappointing product - all four masks were different sizes and two were so large that they required adjusting. Also, it is disappointing that we are not using British suppliers for something as simple as this, it would surely be easier to manage inconsistencies within products. If I’d have realised, I wouldn’t have ordered from you. In addition to this, since I have learned more about face coverings, I would now opt for materials that are likely to be more effective in filtering. I appreciate that these are not medical grade and this is clearly stated on the website, however there are more effective materials, so wouldn’t it be of benefit to us all if these were used instead, for ethical reasons? However, when I complained about the size issues, the response was excellent and I was offered an exchange or 50% refund which was dealt with very quickly, so I cannot fault the service at all.”

Hi Leanne Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback - We're always looking for ways to improve so this is appreciated. The reason we have these manufactured in China with the rest of our products is that they are made from cut-off's of our towels to reduce waste and these are located at our factory - Hope that makes sense! “Ordered some towels on here and also some out of stock colours on a little find. The dock and bay towels from a little find arrived much quicker also with free postage than the towels I ordered direct from dock and bay.”

“The towels themselves are great, very compact, quick drying and vibrant. The only problem was when folded on a heated towel rail the colour smudged.”

“Love the bright colours and the ample size of the XL. It doesn’t dry your body so much, but it is big enough to wrap around your body or lie down on it! Washes great as well!”

“No record of an original order we made but second order went through fine and delivered within a couple of days. Towels look great, our 2yr old was very happy with hers, and we'll be using them on holiday for lounging by the pool!”

“Look lovely but clearly have been made overseas! Which doesn’t really matter. But they do make it quite difficult to breathe and when you breathe in the mask comes in too! Ordered 5! No good for my husband or son as too small, shame, really wanted them to be good as I love your towels etc!”

“I’ve bought 5 of these masks over the last couple of week and they’ve arrived really quickly. I wasn’t sure of the sizes so my first order was one kids and one adults - my daughter is 12 and kids one was too small for her. The adults one was a bit small for me but wasn’t too uncomfortable so I went ahead and ordered 3 more . When I lay the adult masks down together they are all different in size with one being a couple of cm’s bigger than another . Disappointing really and i probably wouldn’t buy anymore”

“Good design, nice fabric, comfortable to wear, efficient service. The only negative is the quality of stitching on one of the masks. The binding around the edge came undone after a couple of times of wear and I had to hand stitch it all back in place”
