“I have ordered several items over the year and have been happy until I ordered the bath sheet. The size was way out. The top of the towel is far wider than the bottom which was disappointing as I hang it up folded in half”

“This blue bath towel has only been used a few times and washed once and the elastic you can use se to hang it has already broken. Disappointing considering the cost. Apart from that issue they’re definitely different to a normal towel and I should imagine more pleasant during the summer months. I bought these really so they will dry quicker than standard towns, which they do. I’m more pleased with the beach towels, looking forward to using them on holiday.”

“Difficult to order online as the website crashes a few times. I was initially unable to put the code in and then ordered twice as it stated that order had no gone through when it had. The products are great. Shame about the website.”

“Nicely designed item but not the best quality for the price. I find the hair wraps a bit plasticky, and they seem to make my head cold vs a normal towel. But the packaging is great and there’s a variety of colours, but for my long hair I think I’ll go back to a bigger towel.”

“Absolutely love the pattern of this wrap, it's so vibrant. I wanted to try these wraps as a towel can sometimes be a bit heavy to wrap hair in to dry. I have long, moderately thick hair and find the head part of it quite baggy and have to adjust it quite a bit. It can be quite tricky to gather all my hair into the long bit to then twist and pin at the front. The hair does seem to dry quickly and the wrap clearly absorbs a lot of water as it will be completely sodden by the time I've finished with it. So I think it does the job, but no more effectively than a towel.”

“I ordered a poncho and paid extra for next day delivery, it didn't arrive. A day after it was supposed to arrive I got an email saying what I had ordered was out of stock. It was then too late to give as the present I had bought it for. Although they then sorted it out by sending another colour and refunding the next day delivery I paid, but still annoying! However, the product is good now it had arrived.”

“Hey guys Product is great but can you please look at offering express shipping? I know it's a busy time & Aus Post were delayed but not for express postage (I ordered & received a few parcels via Aus Post & express shipping while waiting for my towels). Also, when I contacted support to enquire where my order was, I was called Sharon, twice (lol). Thanks”
