“The dress was fine, but very poor customer service with the online messaging 'chat'. I ordered two dresses, the correct money for two dresses was taken from my account, but due to some sort of glitch only one dress was registered as ordered. I have received the dress that 'registered', and I have been in contact since then to try and get my second dress. No one has bothered to get back to me after the initial reply to my first message. I'm not very happy about this.”
