“Unfortunately I got sent the wrong dress and was told I could return and be resent the correct on but they knew it had been labelled incorrectly. Then no confirmation of the arrival or my returns nor that my other dress had been sent out. Communication could definitely improve for customer service.”

“I’ve just emailed the customer service team as after two washes at the recommended temp, the red panda dress has a caught and lined effect on it. I’m gutted and now worried the other four dresses I bought in the same material from you will do the same.”

“The dress was gorgeous, I ordered a few and sent a couple back to get the sizing right and they happily accepted all returns and refunded me. All the dressed were beautifully made and the one that finally fit is exquisite! Would definitely recommend this company!”

“When my mum saw me in it she Gasped Oh Trena that's Lovely.... I LOVE THE DRESS for that reason..... and that it is Gorgeous well made and it has POCKETS... I got the soft fluffy petticoat and I would recommend one just to add a Gorgeous shape and a pop of colour underneath.”
