“Ordered two dresses, one was perfect good quality material and nice fit, The other dress was lovely but too big sent back re order delivery a week ago still awaiting refund though I know package has arrived.”

“The ordering process was easy, and offered lots of ways to pay. Delivery was quick. Unfortunately the items did not fit. I couldn't speak to anyone about returning the items, so just did what was suggested in the question and answer sections. Although my return was delivered on 3/6 and I have not heard one word about it. Also wondering how money will be returned as I chose to pay by Klarna.”
