“I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming event. 1 off the dresses was ok but not the other. So i returned the dress via royal mail tracked which cost me £9 + however i am still waiting for my refund dispite them having received it on saturday. Im very disappointed as i thought i had finally found great affordable clothes for my taste.”

“Fantastic customer service from this company. I ordered several dresses as I struggle to get the right size being a larger lady with a big bust - clothing companies never cut dresses right! But i was pleasantly surprised to find that the ones in my true size were a perfect fit, and the ones in the size i usually order from other companies were too big - which is a GOOD thing because am not technically that size! So am very happy to have found a company who actually create dresses true to size! I have returned the other dresses for a full refund with the minimum of fuss. I shall be buying again from them.”

“I bought a beautiful green polka dot dress which I love. I also bought an expensive petticoat which was too big and too long. I returned the petticoat many weeks ago and have not even had an acknowledgment let alone a credit. Would not recommend this company.”
