“My items were left outside my house, I never received these when reported to Dolly and Dotty this still is not resolved. The party these were ordered for is tomorrow”

Hello Fiona, We're sorry about the inconvenience of your lost package. I understand your frustration, and I apologise that your package might be stolen. It's challenging when the proof of delivery indicates that the order reached your doorstep. The courier also won't respond to us. These are 3 items all in good condition when dispatched that are now lost, which is why it's hard for us to just refund or ask you to just choose 3 products as replacements because the tracking showed that the package is on your doorstep which you also confirmed it's your doorsteps, it's just that they might have been stolen. I hope you can understand us as a small company. If you want to expedite the investigation, I highly recommend reaching out to the courier directly to investigate further or check if there are any additional details they can provide. If you have any supporting information or documentation, sharing that with the courier may also be beneficial in resolving the issue. Kind regards, Dolly & Dotty

“I am a 63 year old woman from Austria, Europe and I orderd the "Lily Off Shoulder Book & Owl Dress". You don't deliver to Austria but your stuff made it possible anyway, which I am really grateful for. The dress arrived and I am so happy! Wonderfully made, very good quality and so colourful! ( I refuse to become a gery old woman!) It will be my favorite dress for the theatre, vernisages and concerts. A big thank you to all who made it possible for an old lady to be so happy. THANKS!”

“Fantastic range of gorgeous prints, and they fit me! Super-quick delivery too. I bought three dresses, with the intention of choosing two and returning the other one, but they all made me feel so elegant that I ended up keeping them all. I'm currently losing weight, and am already planning what dresses I'm going to buy when I need a smaller size!”

“Absolutely beautiful dress I carnt wait to wear it for my wedding it's such good quality it's just stunning. I did have to send it back for a replacement due to size and contacted customer service they where fantastic best customer service iv had emails where replayed to in minutes and a replacement was sent that same day lovely company to deal with and would highly recommend thankyou dolly and dotty my wedding is in June 2024 and I will post pictures of my stunning dress thanks again for your help and great service”

“Love the shop and will most likely order again! The dresses are of quality and I am learning which styles fit me best for future purchases. I DID have problems with the postage for this, my phone number nor my email was somehow connected despite me having ordered from the same shop just a day before and I got the package without any problems. I had to personally contact FedEx after 2 weeks of being "on the way". So it took me over 3 weeks to get my order.”
