“Had a problem with my tumble dryer, made an appointment online and had the option for an engineer to come within 24 hours. He arrived within the time slot and fixed the issue within 15 minutes!”

“Just to balance out all these negative reviews, I've never had a problem with D&G. My washing machine is quite old and fails every year to 18 months. The repair man comes on time, is charming and tidies up after himself. He even serviced an old tumble dryer that was on recall so it passed safety regs, he didn't have to. He also gave me a box of machine cleaning solution sachets. I'm about to purchase a fridge and new washer through their Smartcare scheme.”

“I called for a washing machine repair online, easy system. They messaged me back next morning as i logged the repair at night. Engineer was booked, he replaced the part and 5 minutes later he was gone... very quick and satisfying service, it was my first time calling them out...i was happy.”

“I am very happy with this company. I have peace of mind knowing that if my appliances break down they well try to fix them. If the appliance can’t be fixed then you we’ll get a replacement I can personally testify to that. I would recommend domestic and general to everyone.”

“The guys Chris and Neil were so efficient. The old machine was removed and the new one installed quickly, no mess at all. They were very apologetic that the kitchen door wouldn't fit the new machine but, it's only a door.....not a big deal. Thank you guys, job well done 👍!!”

“This company are terrible never ever insure with them, we have been sent the wrong replacement hob by their supplier and now they are washing their hands of our problem it seems theat they should have arranged collection with 48 hours and it's now 21 days and they are refusing collection of the hob.”

“I have been with D&G for 14years now and I can only praise the quality of service i have received from them. List of items covered Washing Machine Dish Washer Tumble Dryer Fridge Freezer Cooker Television I've had some repaired and some replaced and I have always had excellent service. I've read a lot of bad comments on her that is why I chose to write mine, somebody even wrote that they kept repairing their appliance instead of replacing it, we pay for a breakdown service and if it can't be repaired they will replace it no problem but only if it can't be repaired, we are supposed to be thinking about the planet and cutting down on waste, people need to be thinking about fixing things and not throwing things away that can be fixed.”
