Been with D&G for many years and am still surprises at how easy, quick and simple it was for me to get a new replacement fridge. Did not take long at all to have it delivered. Am extremely happy with the service I have and hopefully always will receive.

Very responsive, pushing Siemens to deal with the problems. Very quick to respond post the write off to offer a replacement like for like. Marks Electrical delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately the replacement unit was delivered damaged, however Marks we’re back the next day with a new unit, this time in good working order 😃

Very quick replacement, both decision and delivery. Very comprehensive updates from Marks Electrical with delivery on a Sunday. Easy to upgrade facilities.

The engineer came on the date stated - he said it wasn’t able to be fixed and would submit his report. The same day we were given a choice of fridge freezers we could have as a replacement and ordered that evening. That was delivered on the agreed day and for a small fee - under £10 our broken fridge freezer was taken away

Replacement delivered 10 days late due to D&G having my address wrong. Asked BEFORE delivery if they had it right operative said yes.

Washing machine replaced as unable to be fixed. Customer service very good. Choice of machines very good. Delivery quick and price for fitting and taking old one very good.
