“I love the colors & prints and the fabric & overall fit are very comfortable & cute, except... the inner short needs to be about 3" longer so that they don't ride up. For those of us who have normal thighs that touch a bit at the top, these are not long enough to stay put.”

“The skort is very pretty and fits well. I ordered a 17” and would get a shorter length if I buy again. I was VERY disappointed that it took over a month and a half to receive the skort. I was told, when I emailed, that the item I had purchased was a “preorder” which can take longer. That may have been so, but it took much too long to receive.”
“Ordered one of their 17 inch skirts. Received it, and it was over 19 inches. Went to set up a return and learned they don’t refund. Only send you and substitute shirt or give you a store credit. Why would I want something else from them? No thanks. So I’m just out the money with a skirt I’ll have to donate to Goodwill.”
“Actually, it’s my wife who orders and owns many of your tennis apparel, especially the tennis skirts, the colors and fabric are always so beautiful and comfortable. Plus , my wife gets many compliments while on the courts.”
“I’ve had great service in the past, but not with my last shipment. It took several weeks for my skirt to arrive. I emailed numerous times to inquire about my order with no response. Better communication is needed about back ordered items and shipping delays.”

“I bought 1 item and it took about 1 month to get it. It was to small so I returned it and that took about 1 month to get the credit. I ordered another skort and that took over 1 month it receive it. All together the whole process took 3 months. When I questioned why it took so long to receive the items I was told that you oversold the items. Very poor planning by your company. It was funny how I would send a message to the company asking where is my order then magically it would come the next week. It almost felt like the order was lost in your system.”
“I would definitely shop here again. They have gone above and beyond to obtain a skirt I needed in a timely manner. I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout the wait. I have never dealt with a company that has gone out of their way to assist a customer the way this company has.”
“While the skorts are always cute, the fit isn't great. They really are too short waisted and the waistband isn't tight enough to hold in place. Which causes constant tugging to keep them up. The inseam of the shorts is about 1.5-2 inches too short and the legs are too tight. I've worn this brand for years. I'm guessing I've purchased 25 to 30 pairs of leggings and skorts. The first few years they fit perfectly but it's been a few years since they fit right. I keep taking my old ones to my seamstress to do repairs because I love them so much. Keep hoping that you'll get it right again someday. Hopefully someone actually reads this and works on quality control.”
