Very good at taking orders and delivery. Had to chase you for updates and eventually a refund. That let you down sorry

Ordered Dyson V7 Because it was in stock, it the took a enquiry email after 1 week to be told delivery would be 2-3 working days which turned out to be a week. £10 cheaper than orders but poor delivery even during Covid-19, not good when you need to clean the carpets.

Used Covid excuse to do a cheaper pallet based one man delivery. Saved Donaghy money on cheaper delivery on a £1,300 dishwasher. I had to carry it 50 metres up the drive single handed.... John Lewis wouldn’t do that.

Railroaded through Paypal who kept my £350 for 8 days for a 'random check'. After 3 further days of waiting I contacted Donaghy Brothers about the delivery date and they informed me that the product was now sold out. Who knows how long I would've waited for them to tell me. A refund was issued. The impersonal correspondence with 'Websales' does not help.

Very disapointed, ordered a helmet from Donaghy Bros website but aparently they don't have it. Most websites nowadays show how many they have from each item and especially if it is out of stock. It also took long for the Donaghy Bros team to contact me with the bad news. Would not recommend them.

I did not receive an invoice for the goods and requested one by email on 11th May 20; I have not received any communication in regard nor the invoice I requested; This is BAD service!!!! This is bad service

Initially prior to placing Order for a Scultura KBZ3001.BK Toaster I phoned Seller to confirm that it was my preferred colour Black because whilst the Model No. was correct to order Black when I checked the Order prior to submitting it the colour stated Grey! I was told the Toaster was definitely Black so went ahead with the Order. Several days later an Email arrived from Ebay to inform me I would receive a Refund yet I had not had a communication from the Seller offering an explanation as to why my Order had been cancelled therefore I did not feel I had Customer satisfaction from the experience.

We were impressed with the staff, product availability and price. The issue we have with Donaghy Bros is, they state at every opportunity that all goods are delivered free to the UK mainland, this is not the case!! We were charged almost £50.00 and wasted an entire day waiting for the delivery which was a day late.

I contacted Donaghy Bros regarding a Rangemaster Elise110 dual fuel cooker. Before ordering, I called to ask if they had the one I wanted in stock. They confirmed they did and I went ahead and ordered. My credit card was debited but a couple of days later I received an email saying, their supplier was shut down due to the Covid 19 and they could not deliver to me. I was not impressed after having been told they had the applicance in stock and it was ready for delivery.

I bought an item and was waiting for it to be delivered only to get an email days later telling me you did not have it in stock..the item was supposed to be a birthday gift and I had to buy an alternative gift instead.. Why sell goods if you dont have them??

I am disappointed in the level of service I am currently receiving from Donaghy Bros. I took delivery of a dishwasher on Monday afternoon via a 3rd party courier. When I unwrapped the appliance it was damaged. I called the same day and was told to send an email which I immediately did. I called again on Tuesday to find out how to proceed. I was told the web sales was busy and to wait on an answer to my initial email. It is now Wednesday afternoon and still no response. I have an unwrapped damaged dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and would like to know if it is to be returned. I am happy to revisit this review score if someone could please respond.....I choose this company because I wanted to buy from an independent company but I am feeling somewhat let down.

I ordered an item as it was "In Stock" on the website. A couple of days after I placed my order (and was charged) I got an e-mail saying the item is out of stock and I have to wait a couple of weeks. I haven't received my order yet so I cannot give any other feedback.

I have ordered a iRobot® Roomba® s9+ but had to phone to find out that it was going to be another 12 weeks before the goods were going to be in stock. I completely understand that supply chains have been messed up atm but you should have made clear on your website that it wasn't in stock.

The 'new' vacuum came with many visible defects - hard to believe the product was checked before being sent out. It has been 10 days and still no pickup to return the product, and they won't send a new one until receiving and inspecting the one I returned.

I cannot really comment at this point in time as I I not even received the goods yet. Your courier, Ken White Distribution have not yet delivered and they were contacted to enquire why and was told when the lady dealing with it comes in she will call you back. That has not yet happened. Very disappointed.
