Delivery was promised to be 2-3 working days however I received a call from Donaghy Bros to say that they can delivery until 5 days after the order. Eventually my order was delivered to me 9 working days after order placement. In future I will order goods from another prominent online appliance retailer. Appliance functional and good quality thanks to the manufacturer. See screenshot from day of purchase for proof of false advertising attached.

Value for money was excellent. Kerbside delivery was a pain, but worth it for the price relative to other online companies. Delivery didn't happen on the expected date despite receiving confirmation following a phone call mid day. No contact was made to inform me that delivery would not happen on the expected date. No contact was made to inform me of a new delivery date. Telephone calls to Donaghy Bros were always met with politeness and efficiency. Your delivery is a very weak link in your operation.

Firstly there were issues with payment - had to get my UK bank manager to call your finance team. Then I was told there was a delay on the order. And we still haven't received it.

Delivery was ridiculously slow and held up my kitchen build. Standard delivery for the single oven from a different company ordered at same time, took three days. It took eight days for Donaghy Bros to deliver the combi oven from England to Edinburgh via their partners. Customer service from the couriers - Eurorunner was appalling. However, customer service from Donaghy Bros was excellent, despite them not being able to do anything to help. If you are on mainland UK, only order if you don't have any time pressures.

I purchased an expensive tumble dryer online a few days ago and have yet to be notified of anything regarding delivery!

I haven't received my purchase yet , it won't be delivered until Tuesday. I had to email them to find out when it would be delivered.

bought a fridge freezer, I'm still waiting for it and i bought it 9 days ago. Not a speedy delivery, or 48 hours as stated. cannot even rate the fridge freezer as i still haven't had it!

I TRIED TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM YOUR STOCK. THE ORDER & PAYMENT WENT THROUGH, ONLY TO BE TOLD THE NEXT DAY THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK,AS SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE, AND THAT ITWOULD QUITE SO TIME BEFORE YOU HAD THE ITEM IN STOCK & READY FOR DISPATCH.THIS WAS NOT EXCEPTABLE AS THE ITEM (FRICGE/FREEZER) WAS REQUIRED A.S.A.P. I CANCELLED THE ORDER & ASKED FOR YOUR CONFIRMATION , I HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION OR REFUND OF MY PAYMENT.

Disappointed with delivery - received notification of day delivery was to arrive, waited in all day and it didn't turn up until following day. Not impressed.

Hi Denise, I'm really sorry to hear of this. I've looked into your order and can see that your item was dispatched on time on a 48 hour service, but can see on the Parcelforce Tracking that they did indeed deliver it a day late. This is something that I will raise with Parcelforce as we have paid for a 48 hour service and this has not been done. Apologies, John

Fridge fine ! Delivery just about to drop my fridge off with no one at home ! With one man for a massive fridge & was then only taken to my front door .. With a struggle not the drivers fault at all ..

Tough one to review. The price was very good indeed, but delivery was a bit of a mess. I had ordered a fridge freezer. It arrived quickly but without any warning or previous communication (when I was at work) and while I managed to get there to meet the delivery driver, he was on his own. Given it weighed 1/3 of a tonne there was no way he was able to get it into my house, even with my help. It was lucky I had a tarpauline to keep it dry and could lock a gate to protect it. I had to get 4 mates to come round to help lift it. Had this been AO.com or John Lewis I would have expected; - Notification of delivery day (or even time) at point of order. - Option to have help getting it into the house, or even installing it (even at a cost). - the delivery company to know they were hauling something so big to a private address (they said they usually deliver to companies). So while I love the fridge and the price, I'd rather have paid more and had a less stressful delivery experience.

Ordered a washing machine online, received the confirmation email. Didn't get any sort of information for 5 days so I decided to call to check the delivery. Found out I was waiting for nothing and I could have kept waiting forever as the item was out of stock. Waiting for the refund (let you know how long it takes), good job guys looking forward to do business with you again ! Davide

Our website has been experiencing some issues recently, issues that have now been resolved. The site was set up to keep you informed of the delay of your order, it was when you contacted us that it became apparent that you hadn't received the information of the delay from our website. I ordered a fridge freezer over 9 days ago, there has been no update on my order despite the salesman indicating it would arrive to the storer within a couple of days plus a further few days for shipping to UK. I have an account but it is not updated from when it was opened with the order remaining 'pending'. Rather frustrating
