My order of a gas Hob from Donaghy Bros was dispatched on time but no tracking information was provided. Before dispatch I gave specific details about restricted access to the delivery address (weight limitation) and how to contact me (on my Spanish mobile phone). After dispatch I waited for delivery company to contact me. They never did. Eventually Donaghy Bros said they had contacted their delivery sub-contractor and arranged delivery to be made more than a week late on 8 December 2020. No delivery came and nobody called. Requested a refund on 9 December and this was received to my credit card on the 10 December( hence two stars).

Information not very forthcoming, it fellt kinda like youlll get this when we are ready, especially the arrow courier service, never met such a poor way of delivering, first no advice of a 06:30 delivery - actual 06:53 at work on a thursday, then could attempt a redelivery until the following wednesday as the courier only picks up twice a week from DB, and also not n our area!, the box looked like it had been through the mill, and the lad decided to roll and clunk the box from the back of the van to the door (obviously didnt read the arrows on the box), this service cost me one frustrated customer, having to wait for sub standard service.

Very unhappy with delivery. Especially after paying the extra. Also I wrote an email to your sales on Sunday and I am still waiting for an answer

NO DELIVER OR MESSAGE FROM HR GOODALESLTD Phoned them today and was told that order had been cancelled and they never received the freezer. Have a lot of "spam" phone calls so might have missed if they had phoned. Noe given Arrow XL who say that they have the item and have set a delivery date of 13th October. Along time from 23rd September when order was processed !!

Was reluctant to order a dyson V11 hoover which was cheaper than everywhere else online. Said in stock online but turned out it wasn’t actually in stock. So requested a refund. This came quickly and communication was good. Just unfortunately had to order one elsewhere.

Hard to write a review when I still haven't received my order. I was called by the courier yesterday to state that delivery would take place today and then later in the day, they called again to cancel, with no further details as to when the new delivery date would be.

Delivered a day late causing us to cancel a Hospital appointment. Only Company in 12 years who said they couldn’t find us on Google map. Damaged our road by driving into ditch. Now we have to get ditch repaired.

I ordered a fridge freezer on 15th September and although my payment was acknowledged, there was no confirmation of my order or any notification of the date of delivery. I twice sent a message to Donaghy to which I received no reply.On 23rd September a delivery van appeared at my door, the driver telling me he had my fridge freezer!. 1 I should have been advised of date of dispatch,it was by chance I was at home. 2 The delivery company should have advised me of date of delivery. 3 Donaghy should have replied to my 2 messages. 4 There was a dent in the side of the fridge freezer.

I purchased a range cooker and integrated washing machine and the washing machine came like something that fell off a lorry So badly damaged,I was offered a refund but I asked could ye send me an alternative because I was in a hurry for one ,where I was told you didn’t have any which is very strange for such a big company so not very helpful, also Still waiting on the refund

Hi I ordered a new cooker because it said delivery was 7to 10 days and paid for the item only to then receive an email saying. It was out of stock and won’t be back in stock until early October so I’m disappointed to be honest

Very disappointed, ordered a Dyson fan. Order accepted, payment plan set up, only to receive an email advising website incorrect and the fan wasn’t available. Shocking customer service and total waste of my time!

price (with free delivery) seemed good so ordered a new washing machine. A full week later got an email to say delivery to Scottish Highlands would be extra, did I want a courier quote - turned out to be £55. No longer good value so cancelled

I selected Donaghy Bros as my preferred on-line supplier as they were showing availability of the product I required. I then did not hear from them for nearly a week so I followed up with two calls to be informed that they did not have stock and delivery would hopefully be in about 4 weeks. Although a refund was offered, I decided to wait. I also received an email informing me of this delay to which I replied and said I would wait. I then received an email saying a refund had been processed by mistake and could I make payment again, which I did. I just hope that my patience pays off and that I receive my product in excellent condition. The description for 3 stars is 'Acceptable', which I'm sure you'll agree this falls short of, hence the 2 start rating.

I'm confused, you requested a review from me and I ordered a product from you 2 weeks ago and was promised delivery within 5 to 7 working days. When I check the tracking number it says it has not been been dispatched yet.

Taken twice the amount of time to deliver the product and no effort made by the company for proactive ness. Did not bother to let me know that delivery was delayed. When phoned to chase up the agent promised a call back to update and none was provided. Disappointing.
