Hello We're disappointed in your review of our customer service, which we pride ourselves on. We understand that two weeks after your delivery you reported minor damage to a TV wall bracket, however our terms, which all customers agree to upon check out, clearly state that all damages must be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of delivery. How can you write a review on a product you never received. Would be better if you showed that the the product was ‘In Stock’ at time of ordering, and not wait until customers have ordered, paid, only to be told after the process that you cannot meet the order. Your refund process was efficient, but this is not the way to do business.

It was a bad experience. The delivery guy was incredibly rude and refused to even take the fridge off the pallet. D Bros offer free delivery but the small print dictates that this is kerbside delivery, which is pretty useless unless you have the ability and facility to install your own fridge. D Bros are obliged legally to collect the old fridge but I had to call and email a few times about this and again it was outscourced to another company. The fridge itself is missing some basic parts that were advertised and once again D bros fobbed us off to the manufacturer. This was all a very far cry from a very satisfactory experience that we had with Currys earlier this year.

Hello We're sorry to hear that you feel you did not have a good experience with Donaghy Bros. Unlike many of our competitors we offer free delivery, but as stated in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to at the time of purchase, this is delivery to the nearest point of entry and is on a pallet for larger items. We use third party couriers for delivery of new appliances and collection of old appliances, apologies for the slight delay on the collection of your old fridge, our couriers are under pressure at the minute due to driver shortages across the HGV industry as a whole. Regarding the missing parts, Heather in our Service team has advised already that Samsung ask that any issues with appliances must be reported directly to them, due to GDPR. We actually went above and beyond our obligations on this by setting up your account with Samsung so that it was much easier for you when you called them directly. We do not stock spare parts ourselves, so this is not something that could have been looked after by our staff, we can assure you that we would never fob off a customer. Regards Donaghy Bros

Absolutely rotten customer service. Placed an online order for appliances that were listed "in stock", I even called the shop prior to making the order to confirm they were in stock. placed the order and 10 days later was informed that the item was unavailable and that there was no options or alternatives. All I received was a email message saying "sorry we couldn't help"

Hello Colm Our Store Manager has sent a detailed email explaining what has happened and offering our sincere apologies. Unfortunately the oven you were trying to purchase was an ex display model and we only discovered some damage with it when it was removed from the display stand, as such it was not suitable to sell to you and we did not have another exact model in stock to replace it. We understand this is very frustrating and generally we only sell display products to customers who are able to view in store as “sold as seen”. In terms of the delay in informing you about the damage - this occurred as we only removed the over from its display stand on the day it was booked for delivery . This minimises the movement of the product and therefore decreases the chance of damage . It was only then we discovered this damage and communicated all information as soon as we were aware . Bought a cooker from them had to send it back as the courier they use delivered it in a terrible state, was not going to risk opening it, it looked as if it had been dropped from the back of the wagon. Now waiting a refund. I will say that it was a good price and delivery was quick.

Had yo pay £19.99 for home delivery, shocking. Was told will be delevered between 2 and 4pm, no one turned up shocking. When contacted was told product was damamged and will deliver a replacement product once available but unable to indicate when this would be delivered. Wasted 2 weeks. Please avoid this company.

Hello Mohammed We are very sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with our third party delivery company. We offer delivery free of charge as standard but the £19.99 you are referring to was an optional extra for a two person delivery to bring the item to a room of your choice and has been refunded with your original order. Unfortunately the delay due to the damage caused by our courier was beyond our control. We were happy to issue a replacement but given the current difficulties all delivery companies are under due to shortage of drivers and fuel disruptions this has made it impossible to guarantee fixed time frames. Delivered on the wrong day despite reassurance of delivery date so the appliance had to sit outside until the following day for someone to move it !

Hello Tomasz We are sorry for the delay in your order being delivered to you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control as detailed in our emails to you on the 28th September and 1st October 2021. The item has left our warehouse and is with our courier Arrow XL. They like all couriers are facing various struggles in terms of driver shortages and disruptions to the fuel supply. As a result there is a slight back log with their deliveries. Made a big mistake going on to a comparison site to purchase my Dyson V11 Outsize cleaner. Unlike Dyson and John Lewis it did not come with a spare battery and I now find that it also has not got the laser floor brush. Very disappointed with my purchase as I have ended up paying far more for this product buying the additional parts, which I understood to be standard.

I haven't received the tumble drier. I haven't heard from the company which is supposed to be delivering it. How am I supposed to rate Donaghy Bros? You should ask for a review once the service (from the customer's viewpoint) is delivered, not half way through the process.

Very rude and unprofessional delivery driver. WhatsApp call was priority when providing delivery service. Also item was dumped in the middle of the pavement. I was then emailed by Sara with terms and conditions. What a joke.

I travelled 20 miles to take delivery of this item but it failed to arrive because the courier lost my delivery. Whilst Donaughey brothers weren’t directly responsible for this they said they would look at some kind of compensation which has yet to be forthcoming which is disappointing

Really not happy with the shopping experience. Still waiting for the item to be delivered as it’s not in stock. Got No information about the delay of 3 weeks while making the purchase. When requested to send another colour of the same item which is in stock, was asked to pay more. Not happy at all.

Hello Jitendra, we're very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience with Donaghy Bros. Our Logistics Manager did communicate that there would be a 2-3 week wait on the particular colour option you had ordered due to manufacturer delays. We understand that this is not an ideal situation as you were not in a position to wait for your original colour. However an offer was made to refund the original item price or change to a different colour model at a slightly higher price which could be delivered in 2-3 days. ordered a bosch dishwasher showing in stock, chased them after 2 days as heard nothing. then told they only had 1 left on display but they would have to sell at full price £749 another 3 days later got an email to say the one on display is actually damaged and they can't get anymore. now i can't find it elsewhere. website isnt live stock and the items come from ireland not england.
