“order has been cancelled when I pointed out that DPD tracking was not working, donaghy bros said error on DPD website, refund taken 7 wokring days despite sellers fault”

“Items turned up in opened and damaged box, fixing screws and fixing brackets missing for items.”

“The shipping company has damaged in transit my expensive machine (for which I have paid extra to be shipped on an agreed date). It damaged and either waiting 2 weed from the return to get a replacement or refund after the item is back in their warehouse. Despite it was not a Donaghy B fault, they couldn't manage better a customer that has paid upfront for an expensive item.”

“Unfortunately we made an error in ordering two fridges and open the packaging. As soon as I realised the issue I put the fridge aside and covered with open packaging. You would not allow us to return it and we have resorted to selling it secondhand. We bought another freezer from Power City and their delivery driver opened the freezer in front of us to check we were happy And took away packaging. A far better customer experience.”

“I didn’t get what I paid for. I paid to have dishwasher brought in, unpacked and packing taken away but drivers refused. They brought it in and told me to say they’d left it outside as they weren’t allowed to unpack or put packing materials on their van”

“Despite my phone call to warn Donaghy Bros in advance that the point of delivery was 100 yds off the road, and that Kerbside delivery was unacceptable, they still delivered via a service which refused to bring the equipment to the house. I will never use Donaghy again because of their Kerbside Pallet delivery policy.”

“If I could put 0 stars I would ! False advertising, extremely rude staff, 0 customer service and the owner James is the rudest by far ! Just goes to prove the old proverb - monkey see monkey do ! Do not deal with this company - please find an alternative ! I purchased in good faith having confirmed with a sales clerk the price and product code before placing my order online ! After they took my money they sent an email looking for more money stating a software problem ! They are still advertising the machine for the price I originally purchased the machine at when I do a search online for this washing machine ! I have made an official complaint so that no one else will be treated like I was !”
