I bought a Kettle and I didn't receive any confirmation emails, nothing. I try to login to the website, ask to confirm in my email but no email from them arrives for me.

Really bad service I’m afraid. I ordered a TV which, according to their website, was in stock. I heard nothing for 10days so I called them. The person on the phone was really helpful but I was told it was out of stock and didn’t know when it would be available. I subsequently cancelled the order. You need to keep people informed and your website updated.

Awful customer service in the Limavady store, on a number of occasions I’ve been in the store and it is always the same horrific experience, the staff sit behind the desk constantly (one even lying back with his hands behind his head on an occasion) and when you go in to enquire About an item they just point in the direction to where it is as they can’t be bothered to come and help you, they make you feel as if you are bothering them by being in the store. I recently purchased a cordless hoover and had to return it due to there being a fault with it, there was a man (older who was very abrupt and rude ), a lady and another man (younger) all sitting behind the desk and all just staring reluctant to get up off their chair, the older man told me to come back an hour later which I did, on my return the younger man who worked there informed me that they where “no further forward” so I asked should I wait or return again later, the reply I got was “whatever you want” I then left with the arrangement that they would ring me that day, never received a call from them, due to me working the following day my mother made contact with them via the phone and the older man yet again was rude to her, my mother expressed that the customer service we have received was awful to which the man started to shout down the phone at my mother, needless to say we got our money back and went elsewhere and it just so happens that this certain competitor had already had a number of unhappy customers from donaghys in recently even just a few hours before myself , such a shame that the 3 people that work in the Limavady store is having a detrimental effect on your business reputation. Being a store manager myself I was shocked at the way we where treated and can safely say I will NEVER be a customer of yours again, considering that we were in a few days before this Incident to purchase a dishwasher but just got the finger pointed in the direction of where they where with no customer service or assistance is shocking, I’ll go elsewhere from now on and urge other customers to do the same!!!

I was not pleased at all. the second delivery has left me with a Miele 5000 with a dent in the side of it on arrival. This is a shame as I was hoping to use Donaghy more going forward for my letting business. I could do with a replacement but don't want the hassle. 2 mistakes is just too much. if however you were to contact me I can show a picture of what was received

It is over a month since I placed my order and still do not have the goods. I appreciate things are tricky at the moment, I have had a couple of updates regarding stock shortage but have not heard from you for over two weeks now.

Ordered item in August as showing IN STOCK on website . £1200 later receive an email to say out of stock until October . Then had to wait 5 days for refund to be processed before I could buy somewhere else

Did not account for the Irish vat reduction from 23% to 21% just increased their unit costs thus gouging the consumer of any benefit to the vat reduction. Shameful

Still waiting fridge that I ordered for two weeks . Very slow service. Never use again . Just imaging two weeks I live without fridge. Another company’s use proper delivery service ! Next day delivery.

Exceptionally poor customer care Lost my order, which was paid in installments and was then out of stock, never once recieved a phonecall to inform me of what was going on, had to consistently chase person dealing with the issue who was always busy and unable to come to the phone, only came to the phone after requesting to speak to a manager, could not get to speak to a manager in order to make a complaint. After a week, refund given, i had already bought accessories elsewhere to match this product so was out of pocket. Product now sold out everywhere else Would still like to speak to a manager about this issue

WARNING - DO NOT USE!! SHOCKING AFTER SERVICE NO REFUNDS OFFERED!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! 1. We recently received an American fridge freezer, with bad damage to the side rear, we were told as we didn't inspect the delivery - note no damage was on the package - we are liable, and we got blamed we done the damage, after hours of defending ourselves we were refused a refund. 2. Additional to this we complained about the fridge not standing straight, which when pushed back into the space makes the kitchen units look out of alignment. We were told the doors can be adjusted, which after looking online do not, they have offered no reply to this. So we have ended up packing out our floorboard to compensate for this. I cannot believe we have had to do this? 3. After having the Fridge professionally plumbed in, the water dispenser now leaks, the company have offered to send out an engineer to fix, which doesn't seem right on a brand new £1200 fridge freezer. We still have had an engineer out to date. Shocking service to say the least. I have attached the damage we received the item in, and cannot imagine how wee would f caused this, we are so upset and to date not one of the three issues have been resolved. We have now been in talks with a civil litigation lawyer which looks promising. We shall be passing on these costs to which is also very reassuring too. We are also reporting them to Trading Standard so others know too. This with other review sites will hopefully just make others not to use this company. !! The worse online experience to date in our lives !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

We have investigated this issue and found that upon inspection of the images sent, it was determined that the damaged highlighted was not consistent with transit damage . As you state the packaging was perfect so it wouldn’t be possible for these scratches to have happened in packing therefore, it was our conclusion that the scratches were not caused during transportation. Despite our assessment which was supported by Samsung QC we offered an allowance as a good will gesture but this was not responded to. Regarding the alignment, these machines have adjustment for the front feet and separate door adjustment that should allow the unit to be levelled as desired. Again this information was passed on to you. When you reported that the water dispenser was leaking we again had our service team get in touch with you to organise a free of charge call from Samsung to have the machine assessed and try and find out what was causing the issue. This service call has been booked and Samsung will be in contact. We are trying hard to sort the problems you have reported but to date our offers have been refused in each case . Purchased a freezer and after a complete farce regarding the delivery company, the freezer was rejected due to damage. Delivery not acceptable as kerbside and better companies need to be employed for this purpose. Apologies from all companies involved were in short supply. Only positive was refund was promptly paid. Not a pleasant experience!

Ordered Bosch washer dryer, best price for this machine though a rather long delivery time To mainland UK compared with other suppliers. However on arrival (left to unpack machine and lug it inside myself, not very helpful) the washer dryer is faulty. I emailed DB and received no reply, followed it up and eventually got response to the effect that they had no more, so just wait for engineer, who I’d already arranged myself and was going to be a week - with no guarantee he could fix the problem anyway. Not happy, no machine now for three weeks and counting, and I regret to say I don’t think I’d use them again.

I was trying to locate a Neff integrated cooker, I called the store to check it was in stock and was told they had them in stock. I paid for the item and a few days later emailed to check on delivery date. I was told it would be dispatched the following Wednesday. On the Tuesday I received an email saying the item was not in in stock and would be approx 7-10 weeks for delivery. I already had the kitchen fitters on site so had to find the item elsewhere. I was disappointed that I was not given accurate information and was mislead about the item being in stock and dispatch dates.

After 8 weeks waiting for delivery with only vague timeframes on delivery, after complaining they finally due to deliver today but would only leave a 5k cooker in driveway after confirming with redelivery team they would bring into the house. When I called to discuss with Donaghy Bros, they were rude and said not their problem!
