Never received a tracking number. When I asked I got a screenshot of it. The courier just throw the parcel of the back garden wall without leaving a note.

I ordered a DENON Heos 1 Go Pack on 30th January, order #100042810 the website said the product was in stock. I received an email on Feb 3rd advising me the item was out of stock, asking could I wait, I replied asking how long it would take. Not a word since... I then went on line and logged into my account to check on the product and it still says IT'S IN STOCK... Since that I have received two automated emails asking if I was interested in purchasing the item that is not in stock. I just want my money back now, but how do I go about that, very annoyed, I will not use this company again.

Don't buy from this supplier. If you have any issue they will not return you money. they will send you 101 direction and wait till you 30 days expiration of product passes.

I bought a vacuum cleaner on 29/11/2019 and I've been waiting for one week for the delivery and didn't receive anything. When I called them they said they didn't have my door number and when I gave them the door number they give me different phone number for delivery company, When I called them they promised next-day delivery, I then asked my friend to stay in my house for the delivery but they didn't send anything, I called them and they said the same thing for 5 days in a row until they said my item was lost. I then called the company to know what's happening and they said to me that they have to contact the delivery company to make sure that it is actually lost. After all that I receive an email saying I have to wait for the weekend for the delivery and ill only get a refund if I don't receive the item over the weekend. It seemed like they were just holding my money.

Package arrived damaged and when I contacted customer services the girl was extremely cheeky and no compensation given. I would not shop again. Very poor customer service.

Do NOT use this company! They take NO responsibility for the actual delivery and sent me round the houses trying to track the item I'd ordered (including 3 phone calls to them, numerous online checks with Parcelforce and 25 mins on hold with Parcelforce). It took a week for Parcelforce to supposedly attempt delivery (NOT the case as I was at home all day and NO note left). 'Redelivery' NOT attempted and it is now apparently back in the depot without a date for redelivery. When asking for a refund I was told by customer service that they would refund me after they have received the item back from Parcelforce (which based on the fact that they cannot actually deliver it to me, who knows whether it will ever make its way back to them!). It is NOT my fault delivery has not been made, therefore I should be given a full refund immediately. Donaghy Bros should then take it up with Parcelforce to ensure they receive the item back. This company may have staff who can afford to purchase a second item for £300 whilst waiting for an elusive refund, but unfortunately I can't.

Ordered extractor hood mid September with 4-6 Week Lead time. Initially delayed until end of November and then again until End of Jan. It is unprofessional to offer for sale an item which is not deliverable within the time-line given to a costumer. 2 Stars only because of decent Cust. Service.

Recently purchased a Neff tumble dryer from them, which was advertised at a very good price. A day after purchasing the item i got a message saying the item 'is out of stock' and my money had been refunded. The thing is i was not in any hurry so i would have been happy to wait a couple of weeks to get it at the right price. However i was not given that option and the transaction was cancelled. Pretty poor experience really, they should know what stock is available and be able to satisfy buyers requirements. If they couldn't sell me the item at the price i paid then it shouldn't be advertised.

Ordered placed two weeks ago. Item was ‘in stock’ and would be delivered in ‘2 to 3 working days’. Still not arrived. I contacted DB and was told that I would be contacted directly by the distributor and that this could take up to 14 days. Not really good enough.

Item turned up in broken and was wrapped terribly so no surprise. Contact for new replacement and send email to prove damage item, wouldn't send replacement or refund money till they had the broken useless item back. Which as a disabled customer this was a nightmare I'm still waiting for my money back from this terrible company. Avoid at all cost.

Sending an older person to deliver a tall freezer & I had to help him (I’m female & 72). Is so stupid. A 2 man should have been sent. I’m the customer so I do not think much of customer service. Will not use again
