“Easy to use/schedule appointments. Very limited availability, so you do have to plan ahead. Refills on prescriptions is easy but miscommunications frequently happen with pharmacy (filling wrong medications than requested, generic vs name brand). Only difficulty is talking to someone directly if you are having these issues. Otherwise I have had good success and love having virtual visit options.”

Following a very detailed evaluation, I received recommendations not only for a Rx (which was low and extended, proving exactly what I needed), but for follow up resources via literature, therapy options etc.
Done makes it easy for people to access treatment evaluations and the following support they need, all from the comfort of home. They understand their clientele and provide ample reminders and check points to ensure appointments are secure and don’t sneak up on you. On top, there is a routine check in and support system as needed. No more long waits in Waiting rooms or rescheduled appointments.

“Honestly this service has made it so much easier to get treatment for ADHD, it's helped me out a lot. The only issue I've had is with scheduling since the service has gotten more popular, but they do their best to get you appointments in a timely fashion.”
“At first, Done was beneficial and made a great and easy experience for scheduling appointments and addressing any questions or concerns. Being a customer with them for over a year, the service and customer support have become a nightmare. I was notified by Done that I needed to make a pharmacy change in order to fill my prescription. When it came time to refill my prescription, I contacted the new pharmacy and was notified that they never received my prescription from my doctor.
I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, through emails, phone calls, along with my customer portal. I finally reached out through the emergency support line to schedule an appointment with my doctor when I was told she was no longer seeing patients through their platform. After asking to transfer to a new doctor, I was told they currently had none available and that I would be added to their waiting list.
Having to find out myself that I no longer have a doctor when requesting an emergency appointment, without being notified beforehand, is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Customer support has been extremely rude and unhelpful, to say the least. I have been given the runaround, lied to about being contacted with updates, as well as being yelled at, and hung up on multiple times.
It has now been over a month and I have yet to fill my prescription or speak with a new doctor. I continue to receive no follow-ups from customer support without having to reach out myself. To top it all off, after asking for a refund, they refuse and have the audacity to continue billing me for their "services". With no help from customer support, unable to receive my medication, or the ability to speak to a provider, I'm not sure what services they feel they are still providing me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have since spoken with my primary care doctor and am in the process of finding a new provider.
This has turned into a complete scam and I would not believe the reviews people have left. When signing up for this service I received an email asking me to leave a positive review in exchange for a free month of service. This service used to be amazing and very helpful, but that is no longer the case and believe that leaving a 1-star review is a little too generous. I would recommend looking elsewhere for other alternatives before being SCAMMED by this company. ”

“Done has really impressed me not only by the availability of their providers to schedule a first appointment, but the overall assessment with my provider was very detailed and felt like a safe place to talk about my newly diagnosed ADHD. I had to deal with an unfortunate delay of picking up my prescription, but I am fairly certain my pharmacy was the issue and not Done. I had some amazing customer service from a Done employee named Carlos who really went above and beyond to stay in direct communication with me while the issue was resolved. Since then, I have had zero issues. I can write my provider and they provide a response very quickly addressing my questions and suggesting solutions. ADHD is a new process for me so I felt unsure about using a service like Done. I feel like they are working hard to make improvements and I hope I continue to see and experience frequent direct communication from them in the future.”

“I tried to find a psychiatrist for over a year, then I found Done
I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, but didn't have access to adequate healthcare until adulthood and with the healthcare industry being so overwhelmed right now, I had unsuccessfully tried to find a psychiatrist for over a year. Then I found Done & it was such a smooth and simple process. The medical professionals working with Done are very sympathetic and understanding. They answered my questions and explained the process and the very next day I was able to try ADHD medication for the first time in my life & it was a revelation. I'm so much more productive & because of the helpful advice I received, it's not keeping me up at night. I'm so glad I found this service.”
“I have seen a lot of bad reviews for this site and I wanted to list my personal experience with examples as well.
Honestly I’ve never had better customer service. When there was a misunderstanding I had three people each out to me as well as phone me to help correct the issue. It went very smooth and I cannot believe how much they cared. The issue regarding a medication dosage was corrected and sent to my pharmacy within a few hours. Then I had their employees checking up on me during the steps to ensure my anxiety was not going insane. I personally vouch for this program and site. You’re able to easily reach not only your practitioner but also customer service very easily and during their long working hours. They also worked hard to ensure everything was done correctly and then gave me a peace of mind during the process.
I also want to personally thank my practitioner for being very patient (not easy to deal with someone that has extreme adhd) and understanding with me.”
“Absolutely worth it! My doctor was amazing. She was patient and listened to me, and respected how we'll I know myself. I have had ADHD my whole life. I've been on the same medication, and it's the only thing that works for me. Seeing a shrink once a month and paying a fortune for them basically writing a script, does not have to be the way you get the treatment you need. Check these guys out immediately if you have ADHD. You'll be so glad you did!”
