I was diagnosed with ADHD eleven or twelve years ago by three MDs and one PhD on different occasions. I had tried almost every medication and the one that worked the best for me was Adderall IR but my DONE practitioner kept insisting that I be given Adderall ER no matter how many times that I told her it didn't work for me. When I took the extended release it would help me five hours tops but then it would say in my system making me feel speedy for over twelve hours. When taking an ADHD medication I need it to work all day and then be done. Adderall ER did not do this. It was not helpful for me and because I complained, DONE cancelled my membership.

Horrible !!!!!!! I have been in an on going email dispute for weeks and haven’t had my medication sent or a clinician for weeks. This is a full blown scam. It’s predatory. Their customer service consists of automated responses saying they are looking into the issue. All the while you’re paying an insane amount of fees and money for nothing but headaches. I paid $506 dollars for one 17 min session with a therapist that quit 4 days later and one month of medication. It’s the worst experience and takes advantage of people in need of mental health care

You pay for a monthly membership because they take half a month to send a prescription. The medication was out of stock in my pharmacy so I requested they forward the prescription to a different pharmacy its been 9 days of filling out their joke of a "support team" that don't actually reach out to your prescribing doctor or anything. The doctor messaged me back completely oblivious about my 4 support requests and said she sent the prescription. YES YOU SENT IT TO THE WRONG PHARMACY LIKE I TOLD 4 OF YOUR SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS. I am now leaving for my business trip having paid for their "membership" without any issues resolved, without my medication, and now will most likely be charged for a month without medication or support. STAY AwAY from this money scheme. Sent one final request in today in hopes of getting my prescription filled before my business trip and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as well as contesting the charge with my credit card company and show them the poor communication, negligence and lack of customer service if not resolved today.

The WORST!!!!! They over charge , they never get back to you and I’ve only received one month medication but paid for 4 clinician visits only had 1, was charged 2 times for membership and random fees. It’s awful and predatory don’t sign up

After giving done a second chance, they blew it and I just deactivated my credit card linked to my membership (THE APP WONT LET YOU CANCEL AND GLITCHES UPON FINAL CANCELLATION!!!!) This company will start you on stimulant medication. You will pay a lot of money and your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of choice. However, 8/10 pharmacies do NOT honor prescriptions from done. So what happens then when you let your provider/ "support team" know there's an issue getting your medication? They ignore you! And in fine print are emailed being told any issues with medication changes take up to 7 BUSINESS days. I was ready to cancel my membership the first time it happened, but after almost a full week a very good representative actually resolved the issue and assured me it would never happen again. I decided to give done another chance...Thinking perhaps it really was just a one time occurrence. Here I am a month later and after finally finding a pharmacy that actually fills from done, the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock. They suggested I seek an alternative. I reached out to my provider and she refused to send anything else as an alternative therapy, and told me to find a pharmacy who will fill it, when this company knows damn well almost NO pharmacy accepts scripts from them. I'm baffled as to what legal loophole they have to begin prescribing stimulants to people and then tell them should a SINGLE issue arise, you're on your own and will be without meds. And the part that I find criminal? Not even the negligence, or the technical issues during appointments, or lying about quality of care people will receive..... WHEN YOU FINALLY ARE DONE, WITH DONE AND FO TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP THE FINAL ACTIVATION BUTTON GLITCHES AND WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL!!!!!! I had to actually deactivate my credit cards and inform my banks of this issue. Because the app will NOT let you cancel. If you do make the unfortunate mistake of giving these people your money and time- make sure you do yourself a favor and print out your diagnosis(can be found in profile section were super bill is) and immediately make an appointment with even a regular PCP. Bring copy of that diagnosis, and boom- now you're eligible to get treatment from them and can cut these crooked people out. Thankful for the former reviewer who put this piece of information in or I'd be totally screwed.

Done has been great. My Provider is always a message away, prescriptions are alway sent to the pharmacy on the day they are due, and our consultations are done from the convenience of wherever I am.

Moved to another state and needed a new Doctor. Done seemed convenient so I set up an appointment. Had a zoom appointment with Amy Zinn that lasted just over 26 minutes. She told me my old Dr. had been prescribing me to high of a dose so she couldn’t help me? The only questions she asked me were my height, my weight and if I was working and the rest were all about why my Dr. prescribed my previous medication? I left the call feeling as if I had done something wrong! Weird!!!!

I invested in this company about a year ago. Accumulated over £60,000 profit in my account. Then, I decided to withdraw my funds. This was when I realized that this company is a SCAM! They run an apparent account where they show a steady increase in your investment and then ask for more payments. When you want to withdraw your money, they stop communicating with you and then disappear. I almost lost hope, but thank God, ( E V I D E N T L T D * C O M) came to my rescue and recoup everything I lost from them

Similar experience to others here, company has a zero-refund policy despite services not rendered. Avoid. Going to your PCP is difficult, but nowhere near as bad as dealing with this company. Was recommended to change my credit card before they can charge for more services, since their team is apparently completely unresponsive to such cancellation requests too. Even the email listed as a help line on their website is fake. Emailing yields an “address not found” notice.

Had an appointment at 8:30AM PST and waiting for more than an hour and no one ever showed up. The phone number that was present to call didn't even exist and doesn't connect to anyone! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - BEWARE!!!!

I was told I would be charged 10 to book the appointment not five minutes late I noticed 99.00 came out my account so I canceled it right away they have yet to refund my money and on top of that I have insurance they have not responded for two weeks now

They’re a scam. They ignore you and do not offer 24/7 service for comments/questions like they say. Nor do they EVER send your prescriptions in to your pharmacy to be filled! They just take your money and do nothing.

One of the worst customer support I've experienced. This is a service that deals with patients and their minimum response time is three days. I've had to chase them up several times to get a response and the typical response I get is one of our teams is looking into it. I've requested to use generic brand medication but the doctor prescribes me brand name even though I've stated its not covered by my insurance so I have to chase them to get generic. They literally asked me to ask my pharmacy first if they had stock of generic without providing me a prescription for generic. I haven't had a full prescription in months as their response time with support is awful, I tried to message them two weeks in advance to get ahead of my issues but even then I still havent been able to get my prescription for Feb and its almost March. I wouldn't recommend this service and I am currently looking into other options.

So all went well at first. The call was scheduled and it went well. They called in my meds and everything went smoothly... UNTIL... I came back from being out of the country for one week, followed by an upper respiratory illness, and when I tried to log onto my account to schedule the next follow up, they had completely deleted my account. I figured it was a mistake so I reached out to cs and keep getting a robo answer saying that I need to pay $79 to keep my account going. So I ask how to do that since my account has been deleted (there's no button to press to pay anything now). I keep getting the same g-d answer and I'm getting really fed up. So I'm out the initial fee of $199, I can't get a human to tell me how to start the process up again, and I'm down to my last two pills (which were really working for me, btw). Thanks for nothing, Done.

Was with done for over a year. You will run out of medication every month! They will take your money with no problem! You have to do the work every month and they can’t even take the time to send your refill in a timely manner! They say you can contact them 24/7, but won’t get a response for days or even weeks!! Stay clear of this place

Worst Experience Ever! They scheduled an appointment with a "doctor" who wasn't interested in knowing what I was going through. After less than 5 minutes of conversation, she prescribed me medication! Of course, due to the speed, I got scared, but still, I bought and started taking it. It's also clear that it had no effect! Alright, I went and canceled! For 3 months now, they've been trying to take money from my account despite numerous emails and cancellation requests. And there's more! They CONFIRMED the cancellation by email, but they keep trying to withdraw money from the account! I need them to stop doing this URGENTLY! I can't take it anymore; months have passed!

The concept is there with the ability to meet doctors virtually and have customized medical treatment. However, done is a very poorly run company that lacks communication and does not provide the services you are paying for. For example, I pay 79 USD a month for done services and medical expertise by their clinicians. December 7th, 2023, was the last date a prescription was sent from DONE to my pharmacy. I am currently out of my medication, and I have requested several times at the beginning of January for a prescription renewal as well as a request for an appointment with no response from DONE. It has now been over two weeks, and not only did they charge for their services, but they are not responding, and they can only be reached by submitting a request through your profile. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Do not use this platform! This company mistakenly pulled up someone else’s profile and then used it to diagnose me and wouldn’t fix it once I told them they had the wrong person from a different state. On top of that the therapists do not care about you and this company might as well be considered a fraud. Do not use them!
