“My order has yet to be delivered. CF-OUT-46012.Shipped per the email on Oct 16. Today is Oct 28. If billed to my credit card I will be having the credit card company withhold payment.”

Mr. Walters, I am sorry for the issue with your order. You selected UPS shipping and only supplied a PO box. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. With that being said, this order was allowed in our system and that is our fault. It is completely unacceptable that no one has contacted you. In cases like this, we will typically just send the package via USPS Priority mail, even though it costs us more, but this order completely slipped through the cracks. I just called your house and spoke with your wife, who instructed me to cancel the order. I am following her instructions and will be issuing a refund to your credit card. Finally, can you please let me know if you attempted to contact customer service about your order before posting this review? If you tried to contact us and were not helped, I need to deal with that issue as well. You should see the refund on your card in 24-48 hours and you should be receiving a confirmation email shortly. “Great product. Has good visual appeal as well. Would give 5 stars but hard to contact. We sent two messages on Shop right after order to try and correct it, asked auto response, and replied to confirmation email that was returned as not able to reply.”

“love the added protection. DID NOT LIKE: access holes did not fit (all 3 units purchased) jam side long pieces. I had to open up more with cutting &/or filling to make them operate smoothly. a pain in the arms of this senior citizen for sure. you ask below will I recommend your products. I have with my lock guy. he is thinking about using your products along with his lock service. he is a high end lock guy. name of : "Steve's Security Locksmith; 4364 East Magill Court; Syracuse, IN 46567 #574-202-4290 if this pans out for you. I expect a kickback from you. 2 or 2.5 % of sales that he makes. I know he loved your product he saw on my doors. I am: Michael Leumer 29456 CR 108 Elkhart, IN 46514 574-370-6225 You guys are not cheap but do have a wonderful product. I love that it is made in USA. that was my tipping factor to make my 1st purchase from you. maybe have a package with 3 hinge protectors and not just 2.”

“Product good, shipping good. If I could suggest something it would be if you are going to provide T20 torx bits provide better ones. Stripped it after second screw. I went and bought better stronger one at ace hardware and finished the install . Just pointing this out. Happy overall.”

“I am very impressed with everything in my kit. Installation was pretty much straightforward and the door seems incredibly solid and I suspect it will be very tough … if not impossible…. to kick open!”

“Product seems to be of good quality. I haven't tested it but it seems like it'll help in the event of a break-in attempt. However, customer service is awful. Ordered 3 Pro and 3 regular, the pros did not come with the hinge reinforcement which is the only thing that makes them Pro. Emailed customer service about them and they were somewhat responsive until I decided I didn't want the hinge pieces anyway and asked to be refunded for the cost difference, then they stoped responding to my multiple emails. Also added on pry protection but that is very bulky and doesn't look great so I asked to return those as well, no response on that either. There is no way to do a partial return on the website so I was stuck with the extra charges and pry protection I don't want.”
