“Because of the way our properties sit, two passing off-duty firemen mistook a fire in my neighbor's backyard pool cabana, as my house on fire. From the road, it was an honest mistake. They heard the ruckus my dogs were making inside my house, and resolved to save them. The result was, two fit and trained professionals repeatedly tried to kick in my front door with little more than muddy footprints and a small dent shown on the Armor Concepts security rail where the deadbolt comes through. Luckily a neighbor stopped them from doing any more damage, with the facts on the fire.”

“Having the most difficult time with install for months. Need to buy more drill bits. 3 kits, indifferent customer service. To the owners credit he did say to call if I have any more trouble. I gave up. Sick pet and injury to my hand now has put it on hold.”

Well, there are certain things that you just need to own. This is one of them. Our customer service has been terrible for the past several months as we have implemented a new system. “I am very impressed with the products I purchased and the extremely high level of customer service. I ordered a Door Armor Pro Max Security Kit for my back door and a Door Armor Pro Side Light Door Security Kit for the front door. The Pro Max fit nicely, the back door is very secure, and the locks work well. The Side light did not fit. I called the phone number on the packing slip and Alan answered. I explained my problem to him and Alan asked me to text to him pictures of my front door, which I did. Alan texted me back and said I had a mortise lock which a different Door Armor product would fit, called the Mortise Jamb Shield, which I ordered, and installed. The front door is also very secure and the front locks work better than every. Alan said Armor Concepts would accept the return of the Pro Side Light Security Kit that I ordered, which it did for a full refund. It turns out Alan is the owner of the Armor Concepts. When I called I never thought I would be talking to the owner! Thank you and well done!”

“The weakest parts of a house are its door and windows. Door Armor takes the doors out of the equation. Someone can still get in, but it will take a lot longer and will be a lot louder. I originally installed Door Armor because I traveled a lot and I wanted to make my house secure when I wasn't there. It does everything I need in door security.”

“It's been about 4 years since installation. I had a professional door installer install a solid door to my garage and asked him to use the armor with the 3-inch nails to secure the door so that no one could break in. He was impressed and I was also impressed with what a great concept this is. I feel that it would be nearly impossible for anyone to kick the door in. It's very solidly protected with your product.”

“Door Armor products are THE BEST on the market with an extensive range for solving all sorts of door security issues. Customer service is OUTSTANDING with even the CEO Alan S. Young assisting me, door by door (9) in total, in instructing me about the nuances of DA products needed as we jointly walked through the website to complete my order. Incredible! The company's missions include hiring retired veterans and ex-cons who are successfully entering the workforce. This is a commendable trait.”

“Installing the Door Armor Max kit was simple, as claimed. While other mentioned issues with the screws, I had no issues with the star-headed fasteners using an impact driver. Very pleased with the purchase and product.”

“I installed the system on my front door. Overall, I know the door is far safer, but the hinge covers have put enough pressure on the door to misalign the lock. Essentially, I have to push/pull the door into position to lock and unlock it. The automatic lock is useless, now.”
