“Good service.Did some returns as well.Fast postoffice return and I got refund by like 4 to 5 days from the day of retuen.Happy with their service.Items come well packed with hangers as well.Overall review good.”

“Loved this dress but when I got it out of the packaging it had 2 significant rips at the back. Obviously it has not been quality checked and im annoyed as no more in stock, bet I still get charged delivery though even though its a faulty dress sent out and can't be worn.”

“Ordered a “Tall” top online. After washing it I discovered it was faulty (had holes were the turn up cuff was stitched to the sleeve). Tried to return to my local stall but they said it was a ‘Tall” item so would have to be sent back online. Well it took a month after my first phone call and about 10 emails to get a refund. Arcadia customer services consistently stalled asking for photos twice, then sending the complaint to a different department, then talking about posting out a returns label which didn’t arrive. Finally I simply received a refund without sending the item back. Unfortunately I wouldn’t even give the top to a charity shop due to its condition.”

“As I walked past the shop they had a really attractive wooden dress on show which looked perfect for this cold weather. I wanted to go in as I had seen a jumper advertised that I really liked. On first entering I didn’t see the jumper but the dress felt so soft and I decided I was going to buy it. Standing in the queue I saw the jumper, and, they had my size. The jumper was a bit thin and has on the first wear gone a bit out of shape, so not very impressed, it wasn’t a cheap one either. Sadly, I rarely go into town so taking this back would end up being a big trip involving lunch etc, so will cost even more. The dress seems great.”

“I was really annoyed at delivery and refunds pricing. 3.99 delivery and 1.99 return. I lost nearly 6 pound on an item that wasn't suitable. To me that is a lot of money for nothing. I will not be ordering from Dorothy perkins again”

“I’m just wondering does anyone else feel how I do since DP been taking over . I normally would be ordering every month 1 or 2 tops plus boots But i feel it’s become very expensive Like over the top expensive plus nothing actually nice to buy . I’m feeling very sad that it’s changed so much as I don’t feel I’m going to be buying from them that much . Just wondering on other peoples feed back”

“I am usually a size 16/18 in jeans for comfort and like to wear them high up. Decided to buy a size 18 from the curve range and they didn't even go above my thighs. Very disappointed, used to love Dorothy Perkins jeans. Won't be buying jeans from them again.”

“Ordered a T-shirt which was exactly the same as the one I had previously bought in store. Really disappointed as it was not white but an off white/cream colour. Also although I had ordered a size 10, the one received, was bigger than the one I had previously! Won't be buying again.”
