“I did not have high expectations for a powder being added to a beverage.... I will say I am impressed. It is good in water, milk and my coffee. I mixes well and tastes great. I purchased this mainly for my daughter to help with acne and eczema.(I take it with her daily) We have been taking it for a little over a week, her acne has showed an improvement, no changes with her eczema yet. I still have hope, it' still early and her eczema gets bad in the winter. (my insurance will not cover the medicine that clears it up all year, only 6 months.) But within a week I noticed my skin clearing (AS i was in the throws of pms too when my skin is typically a disaster). Redness and irritation is clearing and I couldn’t be happier.
