“They do not track packages accurately. The shop app does not track packages and you can not track your package via the number they provide, not link, number. When you google the number it says it’s being drop shipped from China. After the 2nd time of me emailing to complain they said they’d take it seriously to their IT team. 3 weeks later I gave them one last shot and it’s not fixed so this is the last purchase because you just do not care about your customers. The money is good enough for you but not the customer. SHAME ON YOU”

I loved how it fit so easily in to my morning routine - blending so easily with water (no blender / stick required) or smoothies, and the results skin, hair and energy wise were clear. It took the product to go out of stock temporarily to fall truly in love with it - I had the misfortune to go and try a number of alternatives and they were AWFUL.
