“I purchased the “free tub” which yes I know wasn’t free postage had to be paid for which was fine with me- What I wasn’t aware of was that the tub went out of date the week after I bought it. I’m quite annoyed that I’ve spent $15 which I know in hindsight isn't much but still for it to not even last a week it’s a bit ridiculous I think personally. Overall the product was what you’d expect for a collagen powder not a fan of the peach flavour though it’s super sweet I think”
“I got what I thought was a terrific deal from Dose & Co. until I checked the date on the tins and discovered they all only had a couple of weeks until the expiry date! This wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement or anywhere on the website which is disappointing. I’d like to be able to give better feedback, but I can’t honestly do that with a product I am unable to use properly. I’m sure full transparency on the part of your company would allow for more positive reviews.”
“I usually purchase the vanilla creamer to add to my coffee and absolutely love it, however there was none in stock. I purchased 3x of the dairy free vanilla creamer. I didn’t realize there was coconut in this product. It does not taste like vanilla at all. I am unable to drink this as it makes me feel quite sick. Very disappointed with the taste as I’ve spent over $70 AUD on 3 of this product.”
“Got the peach flavour. The flavour is just OK. Blended into a smoothie with other fruits it is OK. Bought on the free trial plus bought an extra tub. The products have such a short expiry date which was not advertised. When I buy other collagen it is usually a much longer expiry. Even if its a free trial, there was plenty of upselling to buy more, and this should have been transparently displayed like other companies and websites do. Appears as if the company was trying to quickly move their stock. So it is a shock to receive the items like this and in the long run the lack of transparency damages the brand and makes it less likely to shop again. Makes me wonder about the real quality of ingredients in the products if the company does marketing in this way.”
“The product itself is great. However, I was sadly surprised to find out that the few extra tins I purchased (after being offered those with a great discount) were Best Before Date of April 2025. This was not mentioned in the offered promotion. Now, I'm stuck with 6 tins with BBD of April 2025 which is impossible for me to go through by then.”
“I recently indeed purchased 2 boxes of collagen peptides that arrived in 2 different boxes separatly.
To my utter surprise, it was written underneath best bedore 21/04/ 2025, which means expiry date is less than 2 months for 2 boxes Batch number MANF15591.
Having bought one, months earlier, I can see it also have the same expiry date of 21/04/2025 and same batch number.
If it was only 1 box I could understand but apparently all boxes bought at that time expire 2 months later. Not really acceptable.
If you sell even in special promotions, you should make sure, it stays good a few months after purchase, not only 2 months for 2 boxes.
Other than that, peach flavour is good,as for results I still have to wait for results.
So for the close expiry date I would say poor, for the peach flavour I would say good.
I just hope you take this into account when selling your products next time.”
“Love the collagen but i have mixed feelings about the customer service. My first order was missing 3 tins and I had to contact customer service to get the remaining tins delivered. Also while they were on sale it would be better if you were transparent about all of the tins being short-dated and only having 1 month of shelf life left”
“Easy to use and blends ok to water however there isn't much of a peach flavour to it, which was a little disappointing as I was after something to flavour the water”
“I purchased the 'free' (paid for shipping) tub of Peach Collagen Peptides via a Facebook ad, then added an extra 4 tubs of the collagen via the upsell. 2 x tubs arrived - shipped separately. I contacted support who were very helpful and looked into the issue. After I provided them with some more info, they said they would send out the missing tubs. However, 4 days later and I have received no confirmation that these have been shipped, hence my poor review. This is a shame as the product is good and the flavour is quite nice. Hopefully I'll receive the products soon and can update my review.”
“I have/had a question about my order so I completed the online form and emailed over a week ago. I have still not had a response to either.
Whether my issue is valid or not I would have expected a response.”
“You labeled my order for shipping November 7 I haven't received my order as of today November 25. Right now I'm not pleased this is first I've order directly from you, usually I order from Amazon. I can't track it through FedEx. I have no idea where my order is.”
“Difficult to get assistance from customer service and very unresponsive.
Was also charged a different amount to what was on my invoice and they could not give me a response as to why. Will not be purchasing from them again!”
“No issues with product but I paid for a subscription for two items yet only received one, my order now says ‘fulfilled’. I have sent two email inquiries regarding this and have yet to receive a response.”
“Took a full week from ordering until order was dispatched, thankfully once the goods were actually with the courier itself delivery was prompt, unlike getting the actual product dispatched.”
