Disappointing that you were not proactive about letting me know as I ended up running out of collagen. I was also not even offered a refund and I had to ask for it. Last time that you ran out of stock I received a 2x 200 grams instead but this time I didn’t which makes your approach inconsistent as well. I should’ve been compensated in this instance for the inconvenience. Disappointed as I had been a loyal customer.”
