Sadly only two months shelf life left on the product received.

I can't review a product that I haven't received yet,I had a order come from Australia faster than my order so not a happy customer even with Xmas orders definitely faster to buy somewhere else if I buy again. Ordered on the 3rd December still not arrived 20th December so can't say when or what condition it will be in or who's delivering it. Just shocking system, I just want to know were my parcel is,I don't don't want to add another app,it's a complicated app and I won't be using it, I actually would like my money back but you have all gone on holiday how lucky for some just shocking service, definitely won't be using this product again and definitely won't be recommending it either.

It took ten emails to sort one order. Good product but god speed and good luck if you need customer support tracking an order.

I made a purchase online on the 29th November. I have still not received the package. The tracking number does not exist and currently no update as to what is happening.

Still waiting for my refund that I was promised because I was sent 3 shortdated products that expired in less than 5 months, I am most upset about this as it was not stated on the website and the products I have bought off the shelves at the supermarket have a 3 year expiry on them.

Received items I didn’t order (charged $100) and have no way to call. Sent message via website and no resolution in a few weeks. Will dispute with my cc next. I love the collagen but the customer service is lacking!

I get they’re trying to be environmentally friendly but this came with no scoop and this is my first time buying it so it is really difficult to get the right and accurate measurement using our own utensils at home. They could maybe give a free scoop on the first purchase and then none on the next purchases. Also this doesn’t mix well with water. I tried regular temperature, cold water, or warm and hot and it doesn’t mix well.

Really disappointed that the choc coppagen powder i was sent expires so quickly, ewually disappointed at their response.

The order took a ridiculous amount of time and the response I received when I emailed to question it was extremely vague and not helpful at all.

Dear Dose and Co Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I received my recent order today, and unfortunately, all six tubs of the beauty collagen delivered are expired, with an expiry date of 30th May 2025. As I placed the order within May 2025, I was not expecting to receive expired products. This has resulted in a considerable loss for me. I kindly request that you arrange to send eight tubs of non-expired beauty collagen as a replacement. For your reference, I have attached a photograph of the expired items. It was not outlined that the product best before was less than 2 weeks after purchase. Purchasing 2 containers meant there was no way I could finish even a quarter of what I bought before that date which was disappointing. I contacted to ask about this and was told I got the product on a deal so the limited best before was just the way it is. I replied saying it should’ve been made clear as I would have rather paid full price and received a product with a longer best before date and I received no reply. Not great customer service unfortunately. The product I have tried, I did like but won’t be purchasing again due to the obvious misleading of the deal and best before date.

Sell very short life protect didn’t notice customer and ignore customer email didn’t reply Very poor customer service and problem solving I still miss one item haven’t heard anything back and about short life items I want money back … but again not heard anything back

Ordered 6 x Peach Collagen Peptides tubs on a promo, and every one has an expiration of 1 month. Disappointing - I was hoping to stock up, but short-dated stock defeats the purpose.

Absolutely disgusting customer service ordered my item on 1/3/25 still no shipping advice and it is now April 2025, have sent 8 or more emails with no reply, extremely disappointed and as s customer this is just not good enough communication, lack of communication and service is appalling
