“I get they’re trying to be environmentally friendly but this came with no scoop and this is my first time buying it so it is really difficult to get the right and accurate measurement using our own utensils at home. They could maybe give a free scoop on the first purchase and then none on the next purchases. Also this doesn’t mix well with water. I tried regular temperature, cold water, or warm and hot and it doesn’t mix well.”

“It was not outlined that the product best before was less than 2 weeks after purchase. Purchasing 2 containers meant there was no way I could finish even a quarter of what I bought before that date which was disappointing. I contacted to ask about this and was told I got the product on a deal so the limited best before was just the way it is. I replied saying it should’ve been made clear as I would have rather paid full price and received a product with a longer best before date and I received no reply. Not great customer service unfortunately. The product I have tried, I did like but won’t be purchasing again due to the obvious misleading of the deal and best before date.”

“I bought this product during the campaign to try it. However, the company “forgot” to mention that the product sold in this campaign has a very very short expiry. (few weeks). Also, the company induce you to buy more packs (of the same short expiry one) showing a good deal. So, the company made me feel so foolish, that even if I liked the product, I will never buy from this company again”
